Great Track
Very nice course, with a challenging layout, great view of the lake
About what you would expect in Cleburne TX
Played yesterday, could tell by the grass on the range that the fairways would be average at best. Some of the fairways were really rough, dirt and rock patches everywhere on some holes. Pace was fine, greens weren’t bad, relatively quick. I would only go back if it was the only course around with a tee time, it’s not worth driving 45 minutes…Do yourself a favor and bring some bug spray, it’s right on Pat Cleburne.
Windy day but great location
This is a fun course, friendly staff, great amenities, beautiful views of the lake throughout the course. Course is in pretty good shape, but not enough for the 5th star. Drove an hour to play here based on a friends recommendation, was happy I did.
Nice local course
My husband and I have been trying to find a good, yet not too expensive course near Whitney, TX. Our local course is nice but very costly. We went in not expecting much, but hopeful.
Clubhouse is nice with a variety of golf stuff. Staff was super nice. They have water and ice all over the course and when we played on Sunday, there was a cart girl.
Course played well. Some greens are not as good as others, but still playable. Fairways are narrow, but we didn't seem to have any problems.
Twosome in front of us didn't have any manners to let us play through, but others were accommodating. Biggest rave is for the LADIES that golf. Course has restrooms about every 4 holes!!!!
We have Cleburne Links as our top local course based on dollar value. And we will continue to play there. See you on the links!!
Great value
Pro shop was very helpful. They let us know that we could tee off little early to avoid slower group coming up. Great course for the price.

this is a links course. very fun to play. course is in very good condition. it's winter greens are always some of the best.
Sloooooow Play, Nooooo Marshals
What can I say, yesterday was the worst time we had playing Cleburne Golf Course because of pace of play. Took us 2 1/2 hours to play the front 9 and 3 hours to play the back nine. All because they did not have a marshalll and when we called the club house, they didn’t seem to care at all. Really sad since we love to come down there to play the course. Usually the course can be packed, but with a Marshall you. An play in 4 hours on a weekend no problem. But when 3 groups set on one tee box and look across at hole 11 and don’t see anyone play that hole by the time you final get to tee off (last group on tee box,), that’s a big problem.
Windy
Course was in great shape, just always seem to pick a day it’s so windy

Price was tremendous, carts were strong, course layout was poor, no beverage carts, grill was closed in the afternoon course was wet & soggy on every hole, but greens were well kept.
