Tee boxes are almost all completely sand. The course does not appear to be watered. Ever. Perhaps I don’t know of any water restrictions, but if there is, that should be disclosed. The greens were extremely shaggy and slow. Very slow pace of play. Beverage cart did not make an appearance until the back nine after 2.5 hours on the front. She was very nice though. Absolutely not worth the money with regards to course condition. The staff as extremely nice at the clubhouse and on the grill. 5 stars for the staff.

Great course and Hill Country backgrounds are amazing, plus the staff and course Marshalls are very helpful and friendly.

I’ve played about 10 rounds of this course. over the past few years there have been water challenges but the Greenskeepers have done their best keep the greens rolling. The fairways have come a long way however, the tea boxes still need some love. That being said, the staff are kind, they set up really nice snack bar on the weekends when I play and Marshall’s do their best to keep play moving without too much fuss.

Very, very slow play and the Marshall just driving around not moving things along. Had a single golfer that hit into us 5 times even after getting upset with him. He finally skipped ahead 2 holes. Don’t think I will be playing this course again. It was a very unprofessional and round of golf with my wife.

The greens are in great shape, the fairways could be better.

Nice to see course is trying to keep up with maintenance. Still dry but they are working to make it a better course in these hot conditions. It has changed for the better.

The greens were in fair shape. The fairways were all in terrible shape, limited grass, sand, dirt and rocks throughout the course would not recommend it to any true golfer.

Greens are in decent shape, fairways are like concrete so the ball runs forever. Pace of play was perfect - zero waiting. Price was right for the condition of the course. If you want to play but have a hard time paying $100 for a round, this is your place.

Really enjoy playing here they have the friendliest staff of any course I have ever been to by a mile. Price can’t be beat. More water stations than most fancy courses which is very helpful in the summer. I’m not a great golfer so most courses I will come out with less ball than I came in. But here I always come away with more balls. Really tough to beat this place for a fun round without much frustration. Yeah course is not in the best shape but for the price you cannot beat it for sure

Very nice folks but greens are fuzzy and SLOW. Fairways are pastures not fairways. Interesting layout. Slow play was rough. Needs major work on fairways and some love on greens.

Great course paired with 2 locals. Great course, even my lady friend who did not play had a great time.
