The Club at Rebecca Creek
About
Located at the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the Course at the Club at Rebecca Creek sprawls across gently rolling terrain dappled with mature oak trees. The golf course has had several different iterations over the years, it was formerly known as Rebecca Creek and until 2013 it was the Hawk at Rebecca Creek. There were several green and fairway improvements before it reopened under its new name. The course stretches to over 7,000 yards from the back tees and there are some tough holes but overall it's a golf course that players of all skill levels will enjoy. Trees line the fairways and there are some subtle but tricky changes in elevation. In addition to the course, there is also a driving range and practice green available.

Challenging nice hill country, but on course staff could have been nicer
We were jammed up all day so we inched up to our friends playing right before us. Yes, that put 8 of us playing the same hole. One hole. Staff came over and said we have a problem with 8 players, so I explained about being jammed up since we started. Then we split back up until the end and apologized. They followed us for the next 5 holes monitoring us. On hole 16 someone showed up behind us that had not been there all day and hit a drive while we were hitting to the green. We alerted staff and they did absolutely nothing and said something about him being a member and getting special treatment.
It was a nice course for the Hill Country. We were destroyed by the end, because it was so hot. But hey, we anticipated that and expected to play a little fast. Unfortunately pace was not kept all day. 9:10 tee time, we didn’t leave until 4pm. Played 17 of 18 holes.
Great Course for the Price
Overall the course is well worth checking out. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The course itself was in okay shape. Some greens had a few burnt patches but most fairways were pretty decent. The rough was really rough with over grown grass and rocks. If your not trying to spend a lot of money this course is a great option.
Unimpressed
Conditions are atrocious at best. Will not play or recommend going forward.
WILL NOT BE COMING BACK
WON'T BE COMING BACK. Took my FIL out with a couple of his friends out for Father's Day weekend and got harassed the whole time by the marshals because my FILs friend decided to bring his 12 year old son. (All our first time here) was told we couldn't add a fifth player to our time. We understood. So paid the riders fee. + an extra cart. Then got harassed because FILs friend was caddying for his son. Not just once, not twice, but three times by three different marshals. Fingers pointed in our faces. Very unprofessional. Especially a place that looks like there is a bunker on every tee box. SMH.
Cow pasture
No fairways, poor layout, blind tee shots with nothing to alert the group behind it’s clear- would not recommend
Rebecca Creen
Greens were in pretty good shape. The fairways need some a lot of grass. Was like playing in winter conditions.
Always a great time.
Ive been to this course several times. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The carts are comfortable, and have plenty of power to get you around. I'll definitely be back again.
I was warned
I was told the fairways and tee boxes weren’t in great shape but the greens were and that was in fact true. For $40.00 I can’t complain much but I probably won’t return. Needs lots of work. Some tee boxes were sand traps with zero grass.
Awesome
It’s rough if you’re in a constant drought, but they do a fantastic job. It might not be the best course around but all the staff, especially Alexa!, make it awesome. They even called me same day to tell me that I left my speaker in the cart.
Beautiful course and layout
Great course for the price but tee box’s, fairways and greens are in drought shape as to be expected. Still enjoy the round and time out at Rebecca. Will be back again!
No fairways no tee boxes
I paid 59 bucks to pla a course with sand for tee box and zero grass in any fairway. How can you keep a straight face or be taken seriously when charging 60 buck for terrible conditions. Use some of the money to put some water on this course.
Tee box or Sand trap?
Looks as if they are getting ready to close this place down. Tee boxes were atrocious. No grass at all. Can't recommend it to any of my golf buddies.
Great course for the price
My wife and I had a great time at Rebecca Creek last Saturday. The course is in decent condition. The greens were in good shape. The fairways not so good but playable. NO complain what so ever for the price we paid - $44 each. Everyone at the course was super friendly. The club house has a nice restaurant and bar. We will for sure be back soon!
