Falling off steeply behind the green, the par-4 first hole may cause agony should you end up in this area (unless you pitch the ball like Matt Kuchar). Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2025

Hitting the green at the third, a par-4 that runs 367 yards, is made more difficult by its elevated surface–sitting well above the fairway. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2025

The magnificent sixth hole is both a beauty and a beast. It plays downhill off the tee, then straight uphill to this green. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2025

Your tee shot at nine must traverse a pond to reach the perched green at this par-3 of 182 yards. A pair of swans graces the pond itself. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2025

Seen here in the late afternoon, this is the par-5 fifteenth. It is the longest three-shotter on the course at 554 yards. Photo submitted by AptlyLinked on 08/07/2025

Check out that green! Photo submitted by bluechel on 09/23/2019
Hilly side hill lies, great greens
Nice layout but hilly with lots of side hill lies. Friendly staff. Pace of play was only ok. We were a twosome and we’re waiting on EVERY hole. The foursome in front of us didn’t want to let us play through. Overall mostly a good experience and would recommend
Another great day at Crown Point
Very nice, relaxing day on the course. Friendliest course in the area.
Always fun
Only here one or two times a year, but always fun…. Course was as in great condition this year and pace of play was great. Great price on GN, lots of hilly lies that will challenge anyone’s game.. highly recommended
Hidden gem
Fun, moderately difficult (due to some sidesloping fairways), beautiful course off the beaten path. Friendly staff, good pub. Have golfed 3 times and had a great experience each time!
Always a Pleasant Experience
Crown Point is quickly becoming one of my favorite courses. It is full of elevation change, good views, plenty of scoring opportunities, and well above average course conditions. Several fairways are sloped so hitting a good tee shot is critical to score well. The greens are in great shape and tend to roll on the quicker side. My only complaint would be that the bunkers have pretty good sized rocks in them. Other than that minor detail it truly is one of the best low key courses in the area. You won’t regret playing here.
Crown point
I didn’t play because it was pouring rain. I mean down poi’s all day. I can’t believe they even stayed open. Any chance getting a refund or a rain check.
A good golf day
We enjoy playing Crown Point. The folks in the Pro Shop are always friendly. The course is in good shape. Greens are firm. A few sharp dog-legs challenge your shot choice. If you are in the area give it a try
Very nice staff and layout.
Crown Point is my favorite golf course in Vermont. The staff exudes friendliness and the layout is beautiful.
Good day
I'm fairly new to the game as well as Vermont having just moved here a year ago. I did play the course last year and enjoyed it. The course was in good shape and the staff very friendly. I believe its even better now. The course is in very good shape and the staff very friendly and informative.
Great place to play
I’ve always loved this course and it greens are tough to read and roll great
Crown point is a very nice course. We were members there years ago. People are friendly and the best part of this course is the restaurant... many people don’t us. I’ll be back soon
Great course
Has a great round. Real nice course. In pretty good shape. For a first time player here the lay out is a bit odd / not very good signage and there are a fair amount of blind shots possible. We had a great day and time though. Would recommend.
