The 14th - a nice short par 3 with a tricky green. Photo submitted by GolferJake78 on 03/01/2019

The 17th - probably my favorite hole on the course. Photo submitted by GolferJake78 on 03/01/2019
Drinking wqter
There wasno drinking water anywhere in the course. This us totally unacceptable and is the exception to other alternative courses in the area such as twin lakes, herndon and reston.
The course is ib good shape
No food at 8 am
Excellent conditions for a public course. Fantastic greens.. One of the best in NOVA. But no food until 8:30 on a Friday?
Another nice day playing golf
The course specially the greens were great. Tee boxes need some TLC. Weather held up and played with very friendly folks in my group. Will be back.
Great Value
Had a great round on a perfect weather day in August. Greens are in great shape. Only issue I see is with drainage if it rains.
No Golf Carts Available on a Sunday
Arrived approximately 45 mins before we were supposed to tee off and was informed by the pro shop they did not have enough golf carts and that we should return closer to our tee time to get setup. Fast forward to 10 minutes before we are supposed to tee off, and the group that was supposed to tee off 10 minutes ahead of our group was still waiting at the pro shop for carts throwing the whole round starting time off for everyone. Rare to see a course operating without a starter on a weekend but clear to see why it's important that you do, I would not return to this course on a weekend.
Challenging Muni
The course features a challenging layout, narrow fairways, well protected greens, and lots of change in elevation and blind shots. The greens themselves are probably the strength as they are very quick. The range and clubhouse is pretty bare bones. The course is pretty jam packed on weekends so expect a 5 hour round. Overall, this is a good public course but at $75 a round I’d say there are better Options.
Great Course
This course was amazing. A wonderful hidden gem. The course was challenging and beautifully maintained. Also on a side note, the best golf course food I’ve ever had. Great staff and course!
Great Value Play
While the course was cart path only, I was walking so that didn't impact me too much. Sad for those cart people, fairways were soaked, either due to recent rain or someone forgot to turn off the irrigation. It was very wet. Greens were therefore very soft, making them very approachable. For the money, I don't think there is another NOVA course that compares.
Solid public course
For what you pay, this course is great. While not a long or super challenging course, it is perfect for a fun/casual round. I would say though that pace of play on the weekend is not great. There is no ranger and there were times in which pace of play was unacceptable. If you care about pace of play, I would only go here during weekdays.
Rained a bit but all good
Course held good despite a little rain. But golf game did not. Staff were accommodating.
Beautiful muni that is well kept and has friendly staff. The course was in great shape considering how much play it gets. Greens roll true and fairways are lush. The rough is long so being in the fairways are ideal. An overall enjoyable round for a good price.
5 Long Hours
Stuck behind 4 golfers who should have been playing a par 3 course, given their ability level. Why would these golfers be in a tournament given their skill level is beyond me…
Most golfers walk this course so the pace of play can be really slow…
I won’t be back…
