This course is well maintained
This course is under new management, and you can tell!! A lot of effort is being put into the overall condition of the course. The greens are in great shape.
Not bad for price
not bad for the price, but there were NO YARDAGE MARKERS!
Great for a beginner!
The greens were a little Hairy (on 21 June), but the rest of the course was in good shape. Small greens make the short course a challenge even for the seasoned golfer. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a fun afternoon and not looking for a 6 hour round on a larger more expensive course.
this course will bring out your best and your worse.
This nine hole course is a great way to spend a couple of hours working your game, whatever it may be. If you need to bomb a few, you can. If you need to bring in your finesse game, you can do that too. The wide fairways were a plus and the greens were well kept for this early in the season. Overall, a great experience, but be ready for the par 5 9th.
The course is in decent condition. Still playable.
The greens have some rough spots where different types of grass is growing but it is still ok to putt on. The fairways are fine. I have always liked this course for beginners or just to get out an play 18 for a reasonable price. Since Windy Hill is now on Golf Now they have reasonable rates. I will only play this course through Golf Now.
You get what you pay for...
Considering that our party only paid $6/person for 9 holes, we definitely got our money's worth. The course is a basic par 3, but desperately requires some attention. The fairways were clear, but the rough needed maintenance, as did the greens.
Overall, not bad if you're looking for some cheap practice.
May be the worst course I have ever played
Awful. All the way around a very poorly maintained course. Only play here if you are desperate or just looking for a cheap way to get a little practice in.
