About
The lush, rolling terrain occupied by Bent Tree Golf Club was sculpted into one of the most popular championship golf courses in central Ohio. Dennis Griffiths, the course's architect, seamlessly blended the design with the natural features of the landscape. The abundant natural water hazards come into play on half the holes and Griffiths strategically incorporated several well placed bunkers. The terrain's gentle undulations provide some interesting slope in the greens that place a priority on accuracy. Bent Tree Golf Club's par-4 eighth hole is especially demanding. It may be short at only 334 yards but it is surrounded by bunkers on all sides. It is followed by another tricky par 4 that requires both distance and accuracy in order to navigate the tree-lined fairway uphill to an undulating green faced with bunkers to the front and back.

Worth the $$$!
The course was in good shape. The greens were in excellent shape. Played early and was done in under three hours. Always enjoy the variety of Bent Tree.
Challenging Course
Course bunkers were in poor shape because of recent rains. No fault of staff. I was visiting area and will play again. Good value. Staff very nice. Pace of play slow. Foursome ahead of us had 2 holes open after we played 11. Some elavation cahnges
Stay out of the sand
Every hole offers a reward and risk, Select your club carefully! Championship caliber course. Best sand traps I ever seen for very well maintained.
Great course
The condition of the course was excellent, the play was fast and the staff friendly and helpful. Carts were clean and newer. Bunkers were well manicured and full of sand. We had a very enjoyable round of golf.
Great Condition
The course was in great condition for this time of year!
This course is one of my favorites.
We have made the longish drive since the course opened. It has always met and even exceeded our expectations.
Thanksgiving Weekend in OHIO
Very difficult to use the "rate the course" offerings considering we're in North-Central OHIO the last weekend of November! The course was in EXCELLENT condition relative to that! It's a very good course, well worth playing anytime they're open.
Nice nov day
Bent tree has always been one my fav courses. Try to play it 3or4 times a yr. course was in great shape. Leafs not a prob and fairways and greens in great shape. Enjoyed my day.
Still in Good Shape
For this late in the year, Bent Tree is still in good shape. Greens were well maintained and pretty fast. Bunkers still had sand and the fairways were in good shape. We got a great deal on Golf Now ($15). It was a steal at that price.
course in good shape except for few fairways.
Always like this course. Fun to play with many t boxes. Greens in good shape. Pace good. Would play again.
nice course
would recommend the course, well kept. friendly staff
Terrible conditions
I have played here many times the past few years. It is typically slow place but this time was very slow. The fairways are mostly all dead/dying for some reason and they are still charging full price with no warning of the terrible course condition. Even though I like the course layout I will not be back anytime soon.
Over priced!
Bent tree golf course is extremely overrated and overpriced in my opinion. Go right behind it to Norstar golf club you will be much more satisfied.
Bent Tree
In past years we have played and liked Bent Tree. So it was a real disappointment to find it in the condition it was. Several holes had the entire fairway closed because of skunks or raccoons had shredded the fairway. If this wasn't enough when we said something at the end of the round to the person at the clubhouse hew advert dismissive and said it was only two holes. No apology. None of us will ever play there again.Terrible customer service. It was as if this Was just our problem. Really poor response.
I would have been VERY disappointed had I paid full price.
Let me start by saying I absolutely got my money's worth out of this round. I lucked into one of the "on fire" deals and paid $40 total for my son and I to play 18 holes with a cart. I know this was a great price but with the overall condition of at least 6 of the fairways I would have been very upset had I paid full greens fees. Several fairways were so dug up or had very dead sod patches which adversely effected play. I haven't had to take relief from hazards in the middle of the fairway before much less have it happen 4 times in one round.
If they get their fairways squared around i would recommend this as one of the best tracks in central Ohio. I haven't played here in several years and it certainly didn't live up to my memories or reputation. As it stands now, if you can't get steeply discounted rates don't bother.
Terrible condition
This course is not being maintained. The tees, fairways, and greens were in sad condition. We played New Albany Links last week. It is operated by the same company. It was terrible, too. Is the company in trouble; they sure aren't spending any extra money on the course.
Always Enjoyable
The course is very fun and laid out well. The greens were in good shape with undulation. They were not super fast when I played, but you still don't want to be above the hole. Bent Tree is a good value and someplace where you'll want to play again and again.
Pace of play here was horrible
Way over booked. Took 3hrs to play nine holes yesterday. Had at least a group -two groups waiting at every Tee. The back nine looked just as bad. The groups in front and behind us all left after nine holes. Way cheaper courses around town with same or better greens and no where close to the time taken to play.
