The greens were punched, fairways had very little grass, and there was sand on the greens. The staff should have let me Know the course was not in good condition when I booked my play. Had I known how bad the course was, I would not have made the reservation. signed up for

The course is coming out of a hard winter and they have done a great job on tee boxes and greens. We will go there many times for 2026

Greens in good shape. Layout is excellent.

Not many houses around.....park-like setting.

Not too crazy on the wallet either. Enjoy.

Marshal came up to us on the 4th fairway saying “keep up pace of play. The group in front of you already left the tee box on 5.” That group had already left the first hole when we teed off(on time). We were playing at 10min/ hole pace. Group behind us was probably the group that was called for slow play as they teed off right after us and were only on hole 5 when we were teeing off on 8. Saw the Marshal going to talk to them again but he bypassed us waiting for the group in front of us. Could have admitted he had the wrong group and apologized.

My son and I played and we could only complete 16 holes before we had to leave due to my son working Sunday at 2. I thought an 8:30 tee time would cover us but it didn't. There were a lot of slow players, and on the front nine it appeared two groups combined as an 8some. The course is fine and there shouldn't be so many holdups but there. We'll play there again, but we may tee off at 10am as I suspect it clears out in the afternoon.

Disappointed in the maintenance of the course. Played it years ago and was excited to come back knowing it was one of the better in the area. It’s obvious to tell the upkeep of the course has gotten mediocre. First hole has a temporary green that’s like putting on a thick carpet and the “green” is about 5 yards wide. Every sand trap had grass growing out of it and most had water. The water had minnows so it wasn’t like it was from recent rain. To charge $75 and not put any of that back into the course means you’re only concerned about short term profit and will eventually be the downfall of Mill Quarter.

The course was in rough shape, but that’s expected in the dog days of summer. More importantly, there were three groups ahead of me on every single hole. I finally gave up at 3 hours on #12. They really need to spread out the tee times and marshall course.
