Eagles Pride Golf Course - Blue/Green
About
Eagles Pride Golf Course boasts a reputation as one of the best courses in western Washington. Located in the shadow of Mount Rainier, the course is less than 10 miles from both Lacey and Hawks Prairie as well as just a short drive from JBLM and DuPont. The 27-hole layout consists of three nines: Blue, Green, and Red; that are played in different 18-hole combinations. The Blue/Green Course begins with one of the original nines when the course first opened as Fort Lewis Golf Course in 1940. The Green nine was added in 1979. The classic design of the front nine is slightly less challenging than the back, where you'll find plenty of trees and strategically placed bunkers. Water also comes into play on a few holes.
Previously known as Blue/Green at Fort Lewis Golf Course.

Golfer Reviews
Course is unique and fun to play.
We found the course in great shape with challenging holes and the greens with their putting feel and roll. They just lack in the restaurant hours. Easy to get to and good value.
Outstanding
This course Red to Blue is an absolute steal at these prices. Throw in it’s history, you need to play here!!
Worth The Drive
We drove down from Seattle and it was worth every minute of the trip. A gorgeous course with a great balance of difficulty. Looking forward to next time.
Great customer service
Walk in and most times you are greeted.. friendly service staff
Great golf course
Everything was great, this place is worth checking out 😃👍
Childhood golf course
Bring back memories. Learned how to play on golf course in the 70's. Played it more times this year than all of last year, going through GolfNow.
Great course and great value
I love this course! Very well maintained and beautiful! We actually had an eagle fly right next to us on hole #9.
Great value
Challenging course, fun day with good weather and good buddies .
Perfect
Showed up late and the staff and starters were very accommodating in getting me paired up and out out on the course with a very friendly group of regular players. Conditions were perfect from the tees to the greens . Ball rolled pure and true and i would say the greens are the best in the state. Pace of play was fine and there were plenty of marshals out keeping things moving along .. you won't find a better value in Washington state .
Staff
The morning guy at the front desk has a poor attitude and is a total control freak!
15 min wait at each hole
By far the worst experience playing I’ve had in awhile. So crazy slow and pace was awful.
Perfect time to play
This course is a good wet weather tract. That being said, the conditions were very good and the fairways were nice and green. All the greens were in great shape rolling true and very readable. They were just a tad slow. I left 7-8 putts short. All in all a great round of golf
