Nice course with several of challenges.
I play this course a couple of times a year and never disappointed. The greens were faster than expected and ran true. The course was in great shape after all the rain we have had. If you are in the area it is worth playing.
Very Nice
Playing Three Rivers for the first time in a couple years reminded me that this is always a surprise gem in the southern Washington golf scene. Anytime I have been here conditions have been excellent. Three Rivers definitely lives up to the reputation as the driest course around. November and never stepped in a puddle or soft, mushy ground. Highly recommend!
Great Course
I had not played the course in about 5 years and am now kicking myself that it's been so long. This is worth the drive from Portland to experience somthing different. We played the tips atabout 6600 yards. Not really a complaint, but there are some tee boxes requirring a fade but none a draw. It had rained quite a bit but we had no plugged balls and even some roll in the fairways which is pretty rare this time of year. The greens were fantastic and felt like mid-summer. The greens feel firm even when you walk on them but still check and roll very true and predictable. This is a nice golf course and competes well with the better Portland area tracts.
Enjoyable
Course was not busy, in pretty good shape, and an overall enjoyable experience.
Enjoyed playing 3 Rivers Golf Course
The course was in great condition and the greens were great. It was family day so we took our time behind the group ahead. On the back nine we were one of the few groups on the course. The treat cart was out for our snacks. Enjoyable round.
Fast Play
My friend and I played this course in 2 1/2 hours. Two groups let us pass. The course was in good shape and the weather was perfect.
Great shape!
Never a bad lie, course is in great shape
Best greens in Town
Good winter golf
Great pace of play today - perfect winter golf with just a sprinkle to two.
Good winter course
The weather has been very wet here. Some water on the greens but understandable. Most other courses that receive this amount of rain would be unplayable but 3 Rivers drains very well. The only downside that day was the restaurant closing before 4 o'clock. Still it was a good day of golf, the guys at the pro shop are always friendly and helpful, and I got a great price on a new stand bag! Thanks.
Great Course & Staff
Terrific Day on course. Great weather and Friendly Staff.
This is the driest course in Southwest Washington. Carts on course all year. Greens are firm but in excellent shape..
Not soggy!
Drove an hour up from Portland to try to find something that wasn't just sloppy mud. Three Rivers was surprisingly firm, consider we've had like 30 inches of rain in the past two months. Staff were friendly. My buddy and I paired up with a couple of locals and had a very pleasant time. I'm giving it 4 stars in the context of it being mid-winter. Not sure what it is like during the dry months.
Nice trees.
Nice course with 4 sets of tees and a good assortment of mature trees. Will not lose balls in trees, but will inhibit your next shot.
Unfriendly.
Golf pro was coldest person ever! Never got one smile. Hardly said a word.
Nice coarse
The coarse was in great shape considering how dry it has been. Greens were well kept and pretty true
Nice course great staff
This is a nice course and is challenging on certain holes
I wish they would open the upstairs restaurant longer and market it better
Great view and ladies are very nice people
A Fun Time
The Marshall allowed me to bypass the slow groups by letting me start at the 10th tee, even though I walked the course. Playing by myself, all of the 4somes that I encountered, allowed me to play thru. I was able to finish my round in 3 hours.
The terrain was mostly flat so walking the course wasn't a problem. The course wasn't too long but I was able to use all of my clubs, including my 3-wood at a par 5. The design wasn't too complex but I did get lost, trying to find the next tee.
The cost was Great, especially the "Hot Deals" thru Golf now. I think paying for a movie ticket is more expensive than the deal I received.
I am a high handicapper, but still had fun play as a 1some. I will definitely come back to break my 98 at this course.
3rs
course was great.. however booking through golf now is becoming costly soon there will be no reason to use golf now!!
