About
Allenmore Golf Course is located in the heart of Tacoma but thanks to the beautiful setting with Mt. Rainier serving as a backdrop, it feels like it's actually miles from the city. The layout is just over 6,000 yards from the back tees and though it's not particularly long, it offers plenty of variety. It's a course where you'll have to use every club in your bag. Trouble lurks at almost every turn in the form of doglegs, trees, or out-of-bounds. Water hazards also come into play. With uphill, sidehill, and downhill lies, the course is never boring and while there are some challenging holes, there are also birdie opportunities if you play strategically. In addition to the golf course, Allenmore also has a short-iron driving range and a practice facility with chipping and putting greens.

Golfnow tax
Golf Now charges more than the local tax rate, the local tax rate is 10.1% and golf now charged 15.2. doesn't seem honest

Good morning on the course.!
Golf course in great shape even with poor weather the last week.
Girls friends first round of 18
Was a cold round of golf buy it was a great time with fellow golfer we grouped up with via GOLFNOW. Hot deal it rained lightly here and there only one point we had to hunkier down in Cart for five minutes to let wind blow clouds out. It was perfect pace though as its was the first round of a full 18 holes. We will be back again

Winter golf is here
Day turned out mostly dry. Course was essentially dry and played well. Conditions very nice for this time of year. Crew did great job of removing leaf litter. Will return soon!

Great Winter Course!
The course played extremely well and is very well maintained. The greens were far beyond expectations. Good pace of play and fellow golfers were great company. I highly recommend this course.

Friendly Course, Great Value
We had a terrific round at Allenmore. The course was in fine shape and the low greens fees included a cart. Pace of play couldn’t have been a little speedier but other than that, we had a really enjoyable round. We will Ben back.

This course is high handicap friendly
Golf in the middle of the city is appealing to the eyes! 90% of the tee boxes are level. The greens are smooth, a little on the fast side yet very limited elevation changes. Fairways are nice, roughs aren't terrible. Overall, one of the better cared for courses in the area. Looking forward to playing here in the near future!

Course was in good shape. Greens were faster than putting green. Could use a marshall to keep play moving.

Great greens in Tacoma
I drove down from Seattle during the great WA smoke out and played Allenmore. I played solo and tee time was 3pm. I finished my round at 6pm, a few groups let me pass. For a muni course this place is fantastic, greens rolled great, entire course was in great shape tee to green. I’ll play here again.
