Very NICE MUNI!
This is a great little course to play if you want to stay close to town and don't have 5 hours to spare. The pace is usually very good. It is rare that you need more than 4 hours for 18 holes. The people are generally friendly and the conditions are excellent for a public facility!
There have been some recent changes involving ponds that make the lay-out even better. The club-house has everything you need, and they offer instruction at all levels. The resident professional, Brian, does an especially great job keeping it all running smooth!
Course in Excellent condition!!!
We had the very BEST day golfing at Reid. The course is outstanding. We booked on line; that was easy and very reasonable. We had fun. It wasn’t super busy at mid day and felt very comfortable golfing. The other golfers were friendly. staff were very helpful. It was. PERFECT day.
Nice course right In town!
Overall the course conditions we’re excellent! Fairways and greens very well Maintained. Several holes offer significant water challenges and many hole are open and forgiving. Back nine offers different terrain and several nice long straight par 4s. Really enjoyed the round and look forward to playing again!
Great public course
Hadn’t played Reid in over 20 years.
Same layout and the course was in great condition.
Reid nice municipal course
Can be slow play but today was good. On course porta potty’s we’re disgusting.
Overbooked. Not enough carts. Nice course, but trying to rake in a few too many green fees.

Very Well Maintained, Will Play Again
Just moved to the area from Chicago and loved this course. Fairways and greens were rolled and in great shape. Course was very well maintained, greens were well manicured. Reid has a nice layout and will require you to use a variety of clubs. Will definitely return!
Great value, in great shape
This course occasionally has absolutely dynamite HotDeals. My gf and I played for $24 a person to ride 18. Even though it's early season, the course was in great shape. We were the second tee time off behind the dew sweepers, and had no issues with pace of play or people creeping up on us. In fact, we played the whole course in about 3:15. They use the water features really well and have some absolutely gorgeous approach shots. While there is a propensity to take a few penalties that wouldn't otherwise happen (course is in town and bordered by streets on all sides. If you overshoot a green or get a bad bounce, you can easily end up in a residential street--> penalty city), the course is otherwise fairly forgiving. Will definitely be trying to find a time to come back here in the summer!
