About
Hartford Golf Club is conveniently located just outside of Milwaukee. The course has been a part of the community since 1928 when a group of local businessmen who were passionate about golf decided to come together and make the course a reality. The layout is traditional in design and player friendly enough for beginners, but it still offers a few challenges. It's a short golf course by modern standards, measuring 6,519 yards from the back tees. Water isn't terribly prominent, but golfers should be prepared for back-to-back water hazards starting with the third hole. Hartford Golf Club's 12th hole is the longest on the course at 570 yards and this dogleg left is also one of the toughest. In addition to the golf course, there are also two full-length driving ranges and a three-hole practice course.

Very cold but enjoyable
Very nice layout. First 3 holes very long but reasonable. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Only negative was many weeds in the fairway and sand very hard and difficult to get under your ball.
Great for 27$ Amazing Greens, but over all basic
For $28 it would be hard to find a better course for the money. That being said I wouldn't pay more than $40 to play here personally.
Greens and fringe were near perfect rolling fast and true + many were unique, ball cleaners and benches at every hole, tee boxes are mostly flat but not incredible. Fairways were decent but had several patchy areas.
Overall a very solid course but with very few challenges and very little elevation change.
Favorable to beginners and mid range players. For the right price I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

It is a nice course. It he only thing we didn’t like was the first tee has so many range balls on the course
Classic course
Classic course. Excellent greens, Fairways very good- much better than previous round. Challenging layout.
Restaurant and bar highly popular for dining.
OK course
Some tee boxes were pretty beat up. Fairways and greens were fine. Very very slow.
