Superb conditions
Excellent course, great value. Course flows very nicely from tee to green. Bent grass fairways are superb, greens are fast but not unfair. Ball sits up nicely on the grass in the fairway almost like hitting a ball on a tee, making ball striking very clean. Bunkers in great shape.
Overall an excellent experience.

Worst experience I’ve had golfing this year
Staff made me pay $20 for a cart when I bought through GolfNow with a cart 18 holes
Group I was with wasn’t courteous at all, never stopped talking (guy and his daughter) the whole time
Been polite the whole time on asking them to be quiet when people are shooting
But they didn’t care and kept saying things, giggling, and didn’t care
I won’t spend another dime at this course and take my money elsewhere
