Rivermoor Golf Club

About
Originally opened in 1929 as the Waterford Woods Golf Course, the club reemerged in 2008 as the Rivermoor Golf Club. Along with its new name, the club also revealed improvements to the playability and condition of the 18-hole course. The design of the golf course was largely determined by the scenic topography, which is covered with mature trees and dotted with ponds. There are also a few streams that meander across the landscape. Rivermoor Golf Club is a proud member of the Audubon Sanctuary System. Beyond providing a secluded setting and great scenery, the terrain also makes for a challenging round. The trees frame most of the holes and water hazards come into play on a few holes. There are also strategically placed bunkers with which to contend.

Challenging course for beginners and intermediate players.
I always have a good time playing here. The only problem I found was a couple tee boxes could have better signage difficult to find overall excellent fairways and greens Inwood shap. Staff is always friendly and will help anyway they can. Food very good in the restaurant. I will be back!
Rivermoor is for high handicap players…

Rivermoor Golf Club
If you are an average golfer you will discover this course to be very challenging, narrow fairways and plenty of trees. Not much water. Par 4's are 429 yards long +.
