Layout is a little tough. Fairways need work. Good value for money.

Though there had not been much rain of late, the course was EXTREMELY muddy. No roll at all. Everything was a mess. I would not return here to play even though it is one of the least expensive courses in the area.

Given my age and more to the point, my physical condition, I have sought distances which for me come closer to the course architect's vision of appropriate play ... in short I have moved up! I highly recommend doing so. It doesn't really impact my handicap, given the lower course rating and lower slope, but it is a lot more fun. A few more pars, but a lot fewer double bogies ( and the dreaded others!).

Golf course was very wet and the greens on the back nine holes had a lot of damage on them .

I like the course layout but needs a lot f work . I will play the course again as the price is fair.

Very slow. Allowed a group out as a Fivesome that did not have much experience playing and did not allow people to play through.. Need a course marshall...

Staff was great. Course is in rough shape.. Greens spotty and not well taken care of.. Drainage not great. Still wet in areas from rains a week earlier..

Though no rain for several days, course was muddy in areas so drainage is an issue. Overall it felt like course and even clubhouse were not well maintained. Around the greens the grass was sparse, felt like you were always hitting off the hard ground.

Staff were friendly and courteous.

Even if the price was halved, I don't think I'd go back.

Course was poor condition, fairways wet and boggy. Greens were very strange felt artificial?

Rental clubs were poor quality and selection was weird; 6, 7, 8 & 9 no low irons or pitch/sand wedge???

However, price probably reflected that!

The condition of the course was very run down. The fairways were not very well cut. Not much grassy areas. The greens were some the worst I have ever played.

Mud on every hole, should be CPO, turn off some of sprinklers and dry out the course , plant some grass!

Played at 1:30 pm. Clubhouse staff was very professional and very friendly! Course was less than ideal as conditions. Not recommended

Course was a little muddy from rain and cart paths had some areas that were rough but overall really good condition and a fun layout with a ton of water. Clubhouse staff were friendly but not much going on in terms of food / drink for after the round but that could just be due to slower season in January.

Nice layout, but green and tee box need attention!!

The fairways were poor, tees okay, greens were just fair and overall conditions fair. A good course for first day off the plane.
