Course is not maintained well. Tee box’s could be mistaken for sand traps barely a blade of grass on them. Fairways no better. Putting greens are ok

Tees are a mess! Greens are consistent and smooth.

This course has so much potential to be a top tier course but lack of maintenance is destroying this course tee boxes are non existent, fairways have Been overtaken by weeds and greens are in rough shape as well

Is the Oaks my favorite course in the area NO

Do I like paying high fees to golf NO

Do I enjoy playing golf YES

The Oaks is playable, greens in good shape, fairways OK,rough OK, tee blocks 3 are bad 3 are poor, the rest are OK.

If looking for perfect tee blocks, fairways and rough go to a course and pay $120, I can play the Oaks 3 times for that same money

Course is not in very good shape. There is more sand on the tee boxes than the bunkers. The fairways are in terrible shape. The greens were in ok shape but they were the smallest greens I've ever played on a regulation size course. Better suited for pitch and putt. Overall not worth the money even at a discount unless you just want to hit and lose some balls.

The only bad thing I can say is some of the tee boxes are in bad condition. The course is short but very challenging for the first time! Staff was great!!

Layout of this course is great and offers many challenges. Upkeep of golfcart pathways leaves a lot to be desired. Tee boxes were a marker only. Cart was in good shape and staff were friendly. While a bargain price wise and fun to play, if you are looking for pristine conditions, this might not be the course for you!

FOR WHAT THIS COURSE CHARGES THIS BY FAR WAS THE WORST COURSE I PLAYED THIS YEAR. GREENS WERE OK BUT TEE BOXES WERE TERRIBLE, FAIRWAYS OR WHATEVER YOU CALL A FAIRWAY WAS JUST BAD AND THAT IS A COMPLIMENT. I AM GOING TO CALL GOLF NOW TO REQUEST SOME TYPE OF REFUND. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN BUT I WILL TRY. I WILL SAY THAT THE LAYOUT HAS ITS CHALLENGES. YOU SHOULD CLOSE COURSE AND GET IT SOME TYPE OF MORE PLAYABLE CONDITION. ALSO GET SOME NEW RANGE BALLS. ONES I HIT WERE AT LEAST 40+YEARS OLD

Don't expect too much, cheap rates, greens were ok fairways and tee boxes are a joke. You get what you pay for.

The layout of the course isn’t bad and the development it is in is nice however, the course looks like they’re doing absolutely nothing to it. Fairways and greens are poor at best. The tee boxes are absolutely terrible. Most of them have hardly any grass just sand. However the staff was very friendly

Clearly they’ve stopped putting any significant money into maintenance. I’m guessing this used to be a nice course but then something happened.

If you’re looking for a cheap cheap cheap option in the Orlando area, this place works, but expect to tee off on grass less tee boxes and hit approach shots from hairy, unkept fairways.

There are many trees on the fairway on the back nine. On the front nine there are multiple blind holes. Houses encroaching on the fairway, if you slice right chances are your going to hit someone's house. Bunkers were hard packed dirt. Over all I did not enjoy the course.

For $45 I guess it was OK. The greens were in pretty good shape but fairways were quite rough all around. Lots of water on the front nine and tight fairways on the back so it's a good challenge. One hole needs a revamp as it's a completely blind tee shot with no information given to tell you where or how far to hit it. Thankfully a local told us what to do so it worked out OK.

You can tell this course was something at one time, but it barely resembles a golf course now. Was looking for a course close to Kississimee, but was very disappointed in this selection. Tee boxes were mostly sand, greens had crabgrass, traps were unplayable. Avoid this one.
