greens have been redone and are great, however if you lose a ball even in the first rough forget about finding it, fairways could use a little love
Not worth it
Get ready to lose lot of balls. Not a great course. Poor conditions and bad layout
You get what you pay for
The good: very friendly staff, course layout was good. Had to choose your shots wisely and not just bring out the driver every par 4 and 5. Had to layup a few times strategically. Sometimes hitting straight and long off the tee got you into trouble. Often rewarded for being able to shape shots. Good pace of play and can score alright if you stay on the fairways.
The bad: the conditions. The tee boxes save for a half dozen were sandy dirt and/or weeds. Bunkers are compacted dirt, no sand. The fairways looked like someone’s backyard. Same ratio of grass to weeds as an unkempt lot. 3 or 4 greens had small to medium patches but other wise were decent.
Overall, the course needs major work but has good bones. The price is a bit high but golf is expensive in Orlando. Wont find much at this price that is in much better condition.

looks like new ownership since last time we played it hence new name, looks like they are trying to bring it back, newly installed greens are great but fairways a bit rough and the primary rough needs to be mowed, a ball goes in there and it is gone, snack shop was closed when we finished at 4:30
Poor Man's Course
The best thing that can be said about this course is that it's the cheapest game in town. Also, aside from being stingy in size, the greens are in not too bad shape. Other than that, the place is a cow pasture. If you stick to the fairways the grass and weeds are not too long and you should be OK. Off the fairway it's easy to lose a ball. There is no sand in the traps, just packed dirt. The layout is very difficult for the average player. There is lots of water and on a number of holes trees were left to create a pinch point that makes for a very small window off the tee. Finally, the place is loaded with small black ants and both my partner and I were bitten around the ankle. The bites became itchy and swollen. I will not go back.
Course a little rough
The cost of the course was $35 to play. With this course you get what you pay for. The rough was so heavy that you spent a lot of time hunting your ball. The courses’s general maintenance was a little on the roof side.
Like the layout.
Tees need work. Rough too long for journeyman course. Greens consistent.
Very poor quality
Tee box’s are rough fairways are badly in need of attention the greens aren’t to bad but wouldn’t play it again in its present condition.
Sad
We are sad because we always visit this course when we are in Kissimmee. Is in the process of being sold and conditions reflect the reduction of felling the need to improve. Love the layout and staff doing the best they can. Reluctantly will not go back till sold as golf course but not in the sale plans.
Poor tees no grass
No course slope ratings
Some tee’s impossible to know where to aim better for knowing
Poor course conditions
Very nice staff, and a very cheap rate… but condition of the course is terrible. If you so t care about reasonably maintained tee boxes and rough, or bunkers, this is the course for w!
Oaks could be better
The course layout is good. The course needs a little more TLC. They need to address the “fire ant” problem. Lots and lots of ant hills around the course.
Course
The rough on the fairways need to be cut, even if you hit a good shot on the fairway you will loose your ball. If you are playing this course bring lots of balls.
Enjoyed the moment
Have played this course a few times, but not in 4 years. Not in superb condition, especially on some of the tee boxes. Greens ran very well. Not as busy as I would have expected. Staff very personable. A fun round.
