Oaks National Golf Club

The course is actually in rough shape but it’s a good spot to go play you don’t wanna spend a lot of money and there’s not a lot of people on the course so you’re not rushed.

Golf now should give better deals , a local told me his price was 18 dollars they charged me $43:00 ! Not happy

The layout of this course is exceptional and at one time it was probably a great golf course. Something negative happened and the course is a shadow of its former self.

Too bad; it would considerable knowledge and money to resurrect this course.

No starter, thus singles and 2 somes were going out

If teamed up it would speed up time

No ranger thus carts were driving on greens

I arrived at 5:15 thinking I would at least hit a bucket of balls on the range. I asked about playing nine holes but the chic at the counter said she had closed for the day. I thought that was early but decided to just hit a bucket of balls. She said it was too late for that too because she was shutting down and the balls had to all be picked up before they left. Dont plan on hitting some balls after work there. They close at 5:00pm

Needs some TLC but they’re putting that into action. Front desk acted like they didn’t want to be there. Kitchen service was great with a friendly woman behind the counter with a smile on her face and jokes to boot. Will play again.

The course apparently was voted as being very well maintained in 2016. In the interim, it appears to have been disregarded. Many greens had visible crabgrass growing on them. Others had bare spots. The greens were very slow despite having been mowed. For the most part the tee boxes were absent of grass. The sand traps were compacted, indicative of not being groomed in a while. The course layout was a challenge with water coming into play on most holes.
