About
Bardmoor is a 18-hole par 72 premier Tampa golf course that was redesigned in 2001 by Gary Koch. Bardmoor Golf and Tennis Club epitomizes Florida golf at its finest. Pristinely manicured, it has TifEagle greens, state-of-the-art practice facilities and an award winning golf shop. Golf celebs such as Arnold Palmer, Payne Stewart, Tom Weiskoff, Fred Couples, Tom Kite, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Greg Norman, David Love III, Paul Azinger, Jan Stephenson, Julie Inkster, Dawn Coe Jones and Nancy Lopez have participated in tournaments here.

Why cut fairways & greens this close?
The perfect tee boxes were what a normal fairway would be cut to at a really nice track. The fairways were wide, very scorable course not much in the way of hazards. The strange thing was they were cut pool table felt height. Greens cut even closer.
Pace of play, Noon tee time 5:05 finish.

Good condition, no Marshall let to terribly slow play…otherwise a terrific day! Nice fast greens
Solid layout for short players
Every hole was basically the same for a player that hits it above average distance. Tee boxes could use some work. Greens were great.
My home base
As a Canadian 14 hndcper Golf Now has enabled me to play a course that is similar to my home course (Port hope Ont.)
Spectacular course
Went as a single and got paired up with a threesome. They were members and gave me info on the course layout. The course itself was in amazing shape, fairways were soft and greens were deceptively fast. Would definitely recommend and play this course again.
Terrible
Pace of play terrible. No food at the turn. Water coolers on course filthy with algae growing in the spigot.
Don’t imagine I will play again. Upsetting as the course was wonderful years back and has great potential
Good course but pace of play too slow
I’ve played Bardmoor a number of times. Well, I’ve played the front nine a lot but only played the back nine 3-4 times.
Most times when I play I usually quit after a few holes on the back nine because the pace of play is so slow. Or we’ll double back and play the front nine again. I played today and we quit after 13. 3 hours to play 10 holes. There was a 7 some that was two groups ahead of us. No rangers.
Don’t go out there expecting a 4 hour round. Or even a five hour round. I like the course well enough but it’s just frustratingly slow and impossible to get in a rhythm. I think today was the last time I’ll play the course.
Other than that, course has a challenging layout. Greens are super soft and deceptively fast. Tee boxes need some work and the fairways are good.
Overall good
Everything was pretty straightforward when it comes to a day on the course. Conditions were good, greens were fast, it was sunny out. We love that
Course in good condition
The course is in good conditions but not all players repair their pitchmarks. The greens are a little bumpy but very fast.
