About
The Champions Club at Summerfield is an 18-hole championship course ingeniously routed through a briny wetland three miles from the Atlantic. This Tom Fazio design meanders through natural marshes and vegetation. Its 6,800 yards from the tips and each hole features multiple tees for players of all skill level.
Summerfield has received a commendation from the Audubon Society. You will encounter plenty of birds and wild life at this environmentally sensitive course.

Used to be good
I used to play this course a bit and always enjoyed the layout. Right now-it looks neglected and sad. I won’t go back. I brought a friend from out of state and was embarrassed by how rundown it is.

SummerField
Hadn’t been there in awhile but was in top notch shape. Could use some water, as well as some etiquette with ball marks on the greens but which course around here doesn’t lol. Always fun outside of mosquito times
Fast greens
Great day. Greens were challenging. Very fast. Fairway were lush and free of weeds. Can’t wait to play here again

Fun Course, Great Value
Second time playing this course this week. Both rounds were fun, nice pace, and playable. Greens are in great shape but VERY fast! Use Caution! Very friendly staff and the afternoon rates are great value for the type of course. We enjoyed a great lunch before we teed off in the afternoon. We will continue to return.

Challenging yet fair
Course in decent shape in spite of extremely dry conditions. Fairways are hard and fast, some bare patches. Bunkers in good shape. Greens are real quick.
Overall, a fun yet difficult course, especially in windy conditions.
Only drawback, course had no marshals in the afternoon.
The backup was bad on last nine. Severall groups on multiple tees. This needs attention.

Great Course
Had another fun time playing Summerfield. Played in just over 4 hours. Greens were fast. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Fun and interesting
We arrived from up North in the morning. Hadn’t hit a ball since November. Staff super courteous and very helpful on what tees to play and insights. Very windy day but still very playable. Some really nice holes to play. We are returning later in the week to play again before we head back North. Greens are crazy fast… ‘you need to have your wits about you!’

Greens are incredible currently. Most likely rolling at a 13. Fairways are very tight lies, but overall very good rate for the quality.
