Lake Forest Golf Club

Pro shop staff required an additional $20 in addition to the $45 I paid through Golf Now. They cited that since I paid online they didn't receive anything. I paid the additional $20, but won't be playing there again!

Booked 3 rounds with carts thru golf now. My wife & I in one cart & friend in other. Pro shop employee charged my friend an extra 20$ for his cart. Told him we had a fourth joining us which is no problem but he was a smoker & my friend has issues with that.. Played this course multiple times but this employee seemed irritated we booked online.

I paid online with GolfNow. When I checked in I was told I owed another $20 cart fee. I was told "you paid online we didn't get any of the fee". GolfNow must disclose the possibility of other club charges. The round total cost was over $65, too much for the course conditions especially the poor conditions of the greens.

Greens still had winter grass but were rolled and fairly fast. Fairways laked good grass as well nut i just moved to a better lie. I would play again as the price was a great value

Early spring helping conditions, quite a bit of work being done. Usually plays fast but unfortunate to get behind 4 foursomes who were pitifully slow resulting in a 5 plus hour round

Great layout. Grass is dormant on tees and fairways, expected for February. Greens are covered in poa anna, but mowed daily so they are very playable. Some course in the area have spotty poa and that is bad because it is bumpy. These greens rolled amazingly smoothly because all the poa was the same height. And very importantly I repeat...Great layout!
