I played the worst round I can remember. It was all me and the heat. I will go back. the people and the course are great (few greens still improving). I will better prepare for the heat.

Nice little course. Weaves its way through a housing sub-division. Fairways were in good condition. A few greens had recently been aerated and sanded so were a little tricky to read. Nice practice facilities. Super friendly staff. Great value for money. Would definitely play again if in the area

got caught in thunderstorm, so time was not a consideration. the pro shop attendant, the starter, lady refreshment cart driver were all super and the 2 gentlemen i played 15 of the 18 hoes with were fun. when the last few greens being repaired are finished the course will be really nice to play. i will be back.

The few greens that had issues are getting better. course is enjoyable and I will play again.

I enjoyed the course much more the second time around. The 2 greens that needed help are getting better. The fairways are nice and choices of age related tee boxes are fair. I'll be back.

This course is in really good condition. Green putt very true.

This course was very fun to play and the layout was difficult but very enjoyable, 3 or 4 greens were in rough shape, but overall the course was in good condition. Nice value for your money if you want to play a challenging course with some fun shots.

I’ve played about 8 rounds in a month and some change all in Baldwin County (different courses), once in Dothan. The conditions are as good as any outside of Lakewood and rock creek. For the price this is the best $40 round right now, you could convince me glen lakes when it’s wide open. The greens have some spots but 10x better than timber or quail creek rn. The Marshall was outstanding we saw him at least 3 times, very helpful. Cart girl was great 3x at least. Some tee boxes are rough but never affected the play. I played horrible and am writing a great review so it really was a good experience

Marshall/starter very helpful. Course is in very good shape. Fairways and greens great; tee boxes not so much (but not a deal-breaker).

This course is exactly what you’d expect for the price. Fairways are in good shape except for a few spots where they are burnt out. Same with greens, front 9 is worse than back 9 but still fair.

Looking for a course to play while driving through the area. Pleasantly surprised with the course layout and condition of the fairways.

Greens had just been aerated, so can’t comment. Tee boxes (most) were in bad shape. But that’s not a dealbreaker. Gray, the marshall/starter was helpful and very friendly.

Good price, great pace of play.

Never played anything with much elevation change before it’s perfect for learning elevation differences

Fairways are very good.

Tee boxes had little grass and very hard

Greens were very poor with up to 25% with no grass

Carts excellent.

Staff very good with Marshall excellent.

Played with new 2some, good people.

Course is challenging with good elevations for a coastal course.

I played a round of golf with my daughter and we enjoyed our morning at Lake Forest Golf Course! The entire staff was friendly from the person checking us in at the counter to the starter to the cart girl. Thank you!

Greens on front half were terrible. Got better as you played the back nine.

Course is definitely needing some attention, but they’re trying to get it back and better. Fairways were great, greens had their issues. Layout was great. Shot my best 18 round score ever.
