About
Although there are many other desert golf courses in the Phoenix area, Apache Creek Golf Club offers one challenging championship course that requires the use of every club. The golf course features wide open fairways and undulating greens that are sloped back to front, some are also double-tiered. There are also numerous sand and grass bunkers protecting the fairways and greens. Extensive mounding on the course cause uneven lies and water hazards come into play on a few holes. The most difficult of the several demanding holes on this golf course, is the lengthy par-5, 10th hole. Apache Creek Golf Club also boasts two practice greens, a pitching and chipping green with a sand trap, and a large driving range with various targets.

Apache
Course was in great condition for this time of year. Greens were all equal and played a great pace. Played a lot of courses near scottsdale area and this is by far the nicest kept for the price. Was in better condition that some $100+ courses. Was surprised by how well the fairways were kept. Definitely go get a round in. Would be returning all the time if i didn't live 40 minutes away.

Very good Sunday Morning
Overall the course conditions were the best of any East Valley course we have played. Tee boxes and fairways were in great shape for this time of year, and while the greens appeared to have been punched recently, they were acceptable and were not burned out like other local courses. Didn't shoot as well as I wanted, but not the courses fault.
Great value
You can beat these deals, $32 for a 6:20 tee time, plus the course is in decent shape
Bring your own ice but don't bring a cooler.
They won't let you bring a cooler nor do they provide one. They will give you water bottles though. The restaurant was closed. The cart guy was very professional and friendly. Great value, but next time we will bring our own ice in a bag as I think they allow this?
Charged for no shows & then paired.
Played this course Sunday, had 2 of our 4 cancel and I was told they were going to charge us for the additional people. The starter wanted to pair us, and I told the starter that I'm paying for 4, so I would rather not get paired. The starter told me they wouldn't charge me for the other 2 since I got paired, but low and behold my credit card just got charged.
I have no issue paying for the no shows, but if I am paying for a foursome with only two people, either don't pair me, or don't lie to me that I won't be charged for the additional people.
Pricey for course condition
I’ve played here several times. I understand it’s a lower end course for condition.But Price has increased without any improvements. Not as good of a value course as it used to be for summer rates. Staff was nice.
Ok course!
They just did Aerification so greens were bumpy! We find some of the cart paths a little confusing. The fairways were ok. The restrooms out on the course are port a johns. The golf carts do not have coolers. There is no drinking water or water in the ball washers. Part of the driving range is covered and that’s awesome! The staff was very nice! Would we play there again, sure!
Greens
The greens were bumpy and sandy. Other than this the course is well taken care of. Also this won’t last long, another week and greens will be great

Very good condition especially for this time of year.
Prices are down
Easy to find, easy check in, carts with sand , can’t take carts to car, very few playing, water bucket for towels, water bottle for us and water on course, tees were slightly long but soft, fairways good roughs dry and patchy, desert areas generally can be hit from, bunkers with minimal dirt, greens putted pretty good but medium speed only, "played in 2 1/2 hrs, prices much better now

I heard they've been closing early in the summer too? Nothing gets me angrier than that! They lost me a couple of years ago when I wanted to tee off in the middle of summer at around 4pm and they said 9 holes only. DONE with them.
