always like playing here ..But me personally not liking the heat ..was in THE 90s but i will deal with it ,, because this is a great course to play ALLWAYS
Slow play
Nice course. Pace of play was too slow. Your ranger was too busy worrying about trivia stuff when he should be driving around monitoring pace of play. He was very rude as well.

Good pace of play
We played early in the morning and were able to finish 18 in just over 3 hours. It was a great day and the course was in pretty good shape. They had just aerated the tee boxes so that was the only thing we had to deal with. Otherwise it was in great shape and pace was great.

Beautiful course in superb condition
Hadn't played Phillips Park in a few years and glad I did.
This is scenic, mature, old style course with huge oaks, plenty of elevation changes, a few water hazards and thick rough. Every hole is unique, and no homes bordering the course - . Course conditions were perfect and we finished in 3 hr 50 mins even though we were paired with an older married couple (she played very quickly).The Hot Deal price was a steal for this quality golf course. The only drawback was lack of a cart girl on the course, and the humidifiers in the bar area were so loud we had to bring our $3 beers outside to talk.

Fourth of July golf
This course was in great shape and considering the fact that we were playing on a holiday, the pace of play was very good staff was very friendly course was in great shape

Considering the amount of rain the past few days, I was pleasantly surprised that the course was even open and that carts were allowed under the 90 degree rule. Kudos! I wish more courses would follow your example.

Great experience
This was the first time I played the course and I was very impressed. Course was in excellent shape . Loved the layout . Fair and not overly tricked up. Greens were in outstanding shape . Loved the course.

Time and care
I love Philips Park and always have. The staff does a great job. However, golfers when no one is in site two greens ahead of you, you're playing too slow! Also, it's a nice course so help keep it that way. Please fix your divots and ball marks! Thanks

Course in good shape
Played the course on a hot Sunday and course was in good shape. Fairways were nice, greens were nice, and they actually had sand in their traps. Saw the car girl 3 times in 18 holes so they make their rounds pretty well.
Only downside is the course is pretty tight and winds back and forth. Someone yells “Fore” and everyone has to look cause you don’t know where it’s coming from.
Shot an 82. I’ll play there again for sure.
