The course was in good shape and we played in 4 hours. The person in the clubhouse who checked us in was rude and indifferent.
Very nice public course
We enjoyed our round at Phillips Park. It is well maintained and challenging. 5 par threes make it a par 71 course but still worth the money we paid. Play slows down considerably on the last 4 holes.

Very Good Track, well-maintained and Friendly Staff
This course is always one of my favorites. It is not insanely long, but it is designed to give an average player some challenges on each hole. The greens have improved since the last time I played. They have replaced all the old carts with brand new ones, still running on gas though. I would have liked electric carts, but that is a minor point. I plan to ply this course a few more times as the season progresses.

Sporty layout
A nice venue, good hole configuration, a chance to use a variety of clubs. Definitely worth another visit.

Feel good course
When you need to feel A little better about your game or work on some things, this is a good place to do it. Also, great place for less experienced golfers, as there aren’t many true hazards.

Course in great shape. Greens recently aerated had no effect on putting due to needle type holes vs plugs.

A good layout, reasonably maintained, walkable course
Reasonably good course with some challenging holes. Not very long, only 6200 yds from the tips. I have been playing this course for many years but this year, the fairways are showing damage at many spots. Hopefully, they will repair the blank areas. Greens are in good condition. However, they are showing considerable yellow on every green. Again, it could be a temporary problem. I recommend this course for fun round.
