About
Located in the city of Mesa, the Royal Palms golf course is a nine-holer with a risk-and-reward style layout. Royal Palms offers a mix of par 3s and par 4s that is suitable for all skill levels of golfer. Although it is a short course, there are challenges to keep golfers on their toes. Two lakes form water hazards that come into play on over half of the holes. Royal Palms G.C. also has strategically placed sand bunkers throughout the entire design that can affect shots.

mowing the grass
The gentleman mowing the golf course was constantly in our way to play golf. Otherwise everything was very good. The women in the office was very friendly and efficient.
Great little course
I have been playing golf for less than a year and I love Royal Palms! a Par-3 is perfect for me--I can even play 18 holes there no problem. The course is nice and green and in good shape. My husband usually accompanies me and he still finds it challenging, and he has played golf for years. I would recommend to a friend!
Great shot course
Very good short course, can use driver on some holes. Good staff and friendly, good cost. Will play again.
Great place to take a child
Took my beginning golfing daughter here and we had a blast. Course is so eat to navigate and the holes challenge the beginner and the experienced. We will be back as we had a blast!

Green
The course was really green. The greens were one of the best I have played on. It's a small course but fun.
Well placed hazards
Beginning with the 1st tee your drive is over water. The par 4's are not long so if you strike the ball well a long iron or fairway wood is good. The course is in great condition, greens are fast and in great shape. I will definitely play again.
Good course to work on your short game
I had a good time working on short game. Friendly staff and a good course to learn on. Greens were in great condition as I mainly wanted to work on chips and putts today. Great price to walk or look for riding specials on golfnow. Enjoy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for a short, fun course.
good short course
The bad part was following two very slow people ahead of me. Otherwise the course is in good shape, greens are great, tee box a little uneven. If you don't take a GPS, know that the distance on the scorecard are from the ball washers to the center of the green, not necessarily the tee markers. Also watch out for power lines on a couple of holes. Good course to work on those irons.
