Great layout and fair. Pace of play terrible but golfers not the course is the problem. Fee ok

I’ll start with the good! On course beverage person - good! Saw her several times and always nice. The staff at the snack bar in club house was also very good and food was good.. Staff at check in was a grump. Staff / starter / cart manager was a jerk. You had to wait in line to get him to acknowledge that you existed and then wait again ( more than once) to get a cart “assigned” to put your clubs on - he NEVER made any comments regarding Thanks for playing here today / have a great round or anything positive.

Also - no staff at club drop- no one ever offers or is available to load or unload your clubs onto cart - basically you’re on your own.

Round took 4:45 ☹️ no ranger existed. Waited every hole , Sand traps ( and there are lots of them) very poorly maintained and some even had ground under repair signs in them. Greens were bumpy and speed very inconsistent from hole to hole . Course layout a little confusing as to where the next hole was a couple of times - lot’s of sand protecting drive landing areas and green approach. Course dry so rolling from fairway into a trap was a common occurrence.

I like the course, I think there should be another tee box for women. I had to play the green tees and the three men played the whites!!! Not a women friendly course, sorry!!

Played on a very windy day so not many people out. Was a challenge in the wind as shot placement is key. The closing 2 holes a real test with the windy condition. Overall a fun and interesting track.

Nice views ,lots room on fairways,no wind .Friendly staff! Definitely play it again and again.

The fairways were perfect. The rough was pretty rough. The bunkers were packed sand/dirt and some bunkers were lacking a rake so the conditions in those were poor. There was a grumpy guy in charge of the very friendly and helpful starter. The starter was a young man that was dressed well and represented the golf course well. The grumpy old guy was wearing shoddy, dirty polo shirt and swim trunks. He did not represent the golf course well.

We had a great game of golf. It was challenging but very fun. We will return soon.

Always enjoy playing this course. Played yesterday at 2pm after a tournament in the morning and had a great time. It was like having our private golf club, we played 18 holes in three hours and ten minutes and that was not rushing. Course came through the summer pretty well, you can imagine to keep everything watered when the temp is 120 degrees is tough. They are redoing the bunkers, adding sand so some were a little sketchy. All in all, we booked on Golfnow, and got a great price. PLAY IT!!, You will enjoy the course.

Do not play this course during the summer. The place should have a warning label. The mosquitoes were so unbearable people were leaving after 3 or 4 holes. We toughed it out for 9....but definitely not worth the misery!

Course is in excellent condition. The greens are also in great shape and very fast . Overall it is a great value for the money. Outside and inside staff for a friendly and accommodating. Course is highly recommended

Was on a golf holiday in the Las Vegas/Laughlin area and picked this course to play between our 2 rounds at Laughlin Ranch. This course appears to cater to those staying at the Avi Casino resort by offering a shuttle from the hotel/casino to the course so you can drink yourself silly and spend a few hours away from the slots/tables.. If you want to stay there, drink, gamble and golf on the side, then this may work for you.

We were on a golf trip and wanted to play golf. This course was in average to poor shape and no where near the condition of Laughlin Ranch. The layout is nice enough, but finding a grassy flat spot on the tee boxes was simply not possible. The greens were relatively smooth but would not hold a well played shot.. Traps were poor and some of the traps were terrible. In some there were more rocks and grass than sand.....and these weren't waste areas as they were well defined traps with rakes sitting on the side. Lots of drinking partiers on the course (even empty beer cans thrown in the trees) who were there for an experience not the golf.

Way overpriced for what is basically a muni course condition wise. And at the price, a huge disappointment. Save yourself $10 a round and play at Laughlin Ranch with pristine conditions if you are a golfer looking for a quality course.

Course is in very good condition.

Change made to #6 right side, right side #7 as they have taken down the trees, woods, brush area, making those holes a little more open left to right.

Finishing holes are a nice challenge, #16 a drivable 4 sort of with water on right and many bunkers, #17 all water carry of water par 3, and very challenging par 4 with lots of water.

Found the course to be in excellent condition. Everyone was real friendly. Nice layout. Saw lots of wildlife. Beautiful scenery. Great experience.

Great course next to Avi casino resort. The pro shop and eating area are pretty average. Challenging course, but feels fair. Well cared for course.

The course was in very good shape and has some great views. Played with a local with friends from Wisconsin, very nice time. The only problem this day were the bunkers, very hard. The greens were in excellent shape, only had to fix a few divots, kudos to the golfers today. Fairways had some nice run to them. Had some water with some forced carries but overall this course was very nice. With the views it was a great day. Would highly recommend this course. Oh forgot to mention the 19th hole, very affordable for the drinks, didn't have any food.

This course is cherry. Close to perfect. Tees, fairways, greens. Great experience. Shot 71 from golds with 3 birdies. Should have had more birdies. I play this course every time here @ my house in Havasu @ every opportunity & it brings out my best game as it is perfect. Hats off to the greens keeper & his crew. I can’t say enough good things about Avi. 10 stars!!! Love it!!!!

It was a cool and windy day, so not many out there and we played in 2 1/2 hours. Course conditions were good for this time of year except the bunkers which were horrible. Most were more mud than sand.

Again, we got a good price so experience was great for what we paid.
