About
Mojave Resort Golf Club has a reputation for being one of the best courses in the tri-state area. The layout has a traditional design that combines desert golf with a classic links-style course for a unique golfing experience. The golf course has a fair amount of challenges but it's player friendly enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. The fairways are nearly as wide as they are long, offering ample room that very forgiving if you're slightly errant. There are cleverly fingered bunkers framing the greens, which are made even trickier thanks to the subtle but tricky breaks. Water hazards come into play occasionally, including on the two finishing holes. The quality is on par with another popular golf course in the area, Laughlin Ranch. Although it's slightly less challenging, Mojave Resort Golf Club is just as scenic.

very challenging, but also very enjoyable.
I rated the course MAINTAINED rather than PRISTINE, only because the course was being readied for their annual overseeding.
Sept play not advised.
Played Sept 18 and the grass is already dormant and brown. Hard to see fairways and bunkers. No sand in bunkers. Maybe better when grass not dormant but don't know about the bunkers.

A very nice course to play.
My firnd and I enjoyed playing the this course. We found it to be well maintained with good practice facilities. The young man Darnell who looked after the carts and started us, was paticularly helpful.
oasis in the middle of the dessert
This course was surprisingly green. A 20 minute drive from our hotel in Laughlin and this green patch appears. The fairways were fairly plush and tee boxes in good shape. The greens played a little slower than they looked but putted very true. Great driving range and practice putting green. Good club house and very friendly staff. Our green fee included cart, range balls, ice chest with water, towels soaked in ice... It was 90 degrees at 7 am and 110 when we finished at 11am. But we still enjoyed the course. We will definitely play again.

Love to play it again sometime. I played it in Dec 12 and it was a great time
ENJOYABLE ROUND OF GOLF
i played as a single, from the moment I arrived, the staff treated me super, showed me the range ,practice green, gave me advice, starter even gave me an option of who to play with. The course was in nice shape, greens , tees , fairways were excellent, cart paths need a little work though. I really liked the back nine, the water comes into play, you had to decide risk vs reward shots, overall a very enjoyable round of golf for the price.
defianetly the best course in the laughlin area.
this course doesnt have huge canyons to hit over.no gimmicky island par 3s.its flat. quite easy.and yet somehow has great character and a real joy to play.the fairways are lush and theres alot of wildlife around.and great views of the surrounding mountains.some of the bumkers could do with a little more sand but at least they have sand unlike laughlin ranch that is just full of rocks.this is a nice course that is very friendly to the beginner but still testing enough for the the better players.
