Harbor Lakes Golf Club

Has to be one of the best courses in the area. I love playing here and anytime I see an available tee time I take it. The only thing that was a bummer was hole 15 was practically unplayable due to maybe water damage???? Other than that hole, everything else was awesome!

I enjoy the course with exception to hole #14, which is unplayable. I understand you can't close the hold but the fairway off the tee is a swamp pit. Cart path only with +100 temps and you sink down 2" into the mud to hit your second shot - there isn't a dry spot around. Terrible conditions for this hole only - all the rest are fine and enjoyable.

Thanks to Golf Now + I was able to get a tee time, though not being a member. What an awesome day. Despite hard rains the previous night, the course drained pretty well. What a gorgeous course this is. Lots of lakes and water areas, made the course challenging but amazing to look at as well. Food was great, had a breakfast chorizo and egg burrito that was huge.

Only gripe was dealing with greens keepers and maintenance on pretty much every hole throughout the day. This work should be spread out or done later in the afternoon. Can get annoying and slow down play.

Otherwise, this is a great course and the conditions with the exception of 2 holes, was fantastic. Great staff.

I used to be a member and recently play with hot deals. This course is typically in amazing condition. Currently they are being very cautious with foot traffic on certain holes and greens. Course struggling with dealing with poi Ana, and 14 has always been in terrible shape since as long as I can remember. Once the course recovers, please visit.

This is my 3rd time playing here in the last two years. I first played dec 2021, second time was may/June 2022, and most recently 6/4/23. First two times playing here I loved it. Golf course was in great condition both times. My third time playing here I feel like the conditions weren’t up to par. In playing most recently, I felt the tee boxes could have been cleaner, and the bunkers didn’t really drain well, there was standing water and it was more from irrigation and not from any significant rain. A few fairways were In disrepair on the back 9.

Tee times are far and few between here on golf now as they have limited tee times for non-members. I like the golf course and the area a lot, but just felt lack-luster this last round. Will play here again but probably wait until early fall. Hopefully the course does well this summer and it’s back to it’s former glory.

Lots and lots of weeds on fairways and around greens, granted it rained recently so they probably couldn’t mow. Reviews had me excited to play but it was very underwhelming. Burger was charred to a crisp.

Harbor lakes golf club is the best course in a 40 mile radius and number one south west of the metroplex . I highly recommend taking the opportunity to play such a gem. Not to mention their friendly staff the food is superb and course is always lush .
