For me it's a negative review. This course was in great shape in the spring but what happened!!!!!

Have enjoyed playing here previously. Presently, the course is undergoing major repair. Provisional tees are everywhere, carts are restricted to certain areas and there are several bad spots. Players should not be charged full price under these conditions.

I luv playing here, because of the layout and the location !!!! I would have our league play here if we could get a group rate !!!!

This place is obviously preparing to be sold to a real estate developer, This is the absolute worst conditioned golf course I've ever played. The tee boxes are a joke. There is no grass on the tee boxes and the surfaces are a lumpy sand/weed mixture. The fairways are anything but. Their sand traps have very little sand but lots of weeds and dirt. The greens are actually somewhat presentable... The cart paths are a bone rattling adventure. It's so sad; this place used to actually be a decent tract, but it's painfully obvious that the owners have spent $0 on the upkeep. For the prices they charge, there are literally hundreds of better alternatives than this goat track

Great course with a tough layout for all handicaps , the only small gripe was some tees were very sparse with grass .

Not too bad. The course is a challenge and fun to play. There wasn’t a lot of people on the course and most people let me through. The greens and fairways are in pretty good condition. Most of the tee boxes were dirt. If they could work on them this course could be awesome.

Great course to play at good prices. Pace of play was perfect. Greens are in perfect shape. Fairways and tee boxes need some help. Highly recommend this course.

Course nice but the tee boxes are dreadful. Good value. No water on the course but available in the club house after 9

Play Tatum quite often and it always offers challenges. It's a pretty course with plenty of water. despite some negative comments my playing partner and I found the course to be in good condition except for about five tee boxes which need some work. The greens were ion great shape. Fairways were OK considering our lack of rain lately.
