Great course for the money

Course very well taken care of, interesting layout, carts in good condition. Cart paths need some work and a GPS in the cart would be a plus. All in all great value for the money.

I have been playing Bent Tree from the late 70’s . The course has change but is still surviving the times. Not as it once was, but for the price they are doing pretty good.

Layout is great. Greens was playable. My problem with course is that you could actually chip out the bunkers. Can't be that hard to clean out the bunkers. Some of it was a 3rd cut rough.

Weather Risk

Took a shot at playing on a high risk rain day. 3, 5 minute showers and good to go otherwise. Fairways and green were quite good. Tee boxes need TLC as do cart paths. Still no regrets.

Good bang for your buck

While the bunkers aren’t great and it doesn’t have all the amenities of a high end course, it’s still a well maintained course with good greens and awesome staff. Definitely worth the money to play

Most greens were in good shape, fairways OK, ruff is short but the sandy bunkers were not in good shape. With all the rain we've had there wasn't many soggy spots. I've played the course twice and thoroughly have enjoyed it.
