First time. Great layout. Pace of play normal for winter in Florida.

Some of the best greens I've seen in a long time.

20-30mph winds made course a challenge.

Very pretty course, lots of sand and water! The greens were in excellent condition! Really enjoyed my round!

Good course, I really enjoyed that each hole was for the most part by itself. Don't let the yardages full you, there is trouble on almost every hole, and unless you're accurate you can't just bomb away.

On downside was that the snack bar is closed (for renovations maybe?)

One of the nicest courses in Brevard County. Greens fast. Nice course around.

I guess you're going through a change of management so staff was scarce. Played on a Saturday and it went quickly and then played the following Monday For 5+ hours. Love the layout though and will definitely be back.

Thanks to golf now, was able to play this course at about a $15.00 savings. The course was in excellent shape and the green were fantastic, even seen a gator, what more could I have asked for.

Overall I believe that this course was a good value. They were redoing the tee boxes with new seed, which some were not even cut. The greens were ok for the most part and rolled true. Fairways are extremely tight, which make it fun to play. I would use an extra club on most approach shots. Good course for a muni!

I played this course for the first time last year when I was in FL. I remember that I liked the course and it's challenge. I wasn't familiar with the course, and I was about to go out as a single. The staff recognized this sand set me up with a regular player that was part of a group of 5 that was going out as 2 and 3. They altered their plan and I went with one and the others sent as a foursome.
I finished out round in less than 2-1/2 hours and I remembered how beautiful the course was as the player gave me some tips as to what to expect on each hole. Very friendly staff and people. Also, the course was in great shape. A must see if you like a bit of a challenge.

I play Habitat course for the first time last thursday and I will certainly go back.

The greens were a little slow but true. the Fairways looked good as I drove over them to find my ball in the woods. The rough was high enough for a challenge but still able to find your ball.

Had a blast! Well worth the money!!! I even got a chance to see a real alligator. Pace of play was great. Will play again next time in town.

A very beautiful course. Loved the highspeed greens. Needed a lot of 3puts.

Pace of play was not good and no marshal to help speed up the pace.

The bar is a disaster. The lady who runs it is not very friendly.

No WiFi exces for visitors, realy in this day and age?
Caddiemasters are very friendly and helpfull.

Course in very nice shape (some wet spots due to early morning rain storm). Greens were particularly nice. Each hole is isolated from the others here so you feel as though you are the only ones playing. Got a great Hot Deal price as an added bonus.

The course itself was beautiful and well kept. The clubhouse is dated tho. Surprising amount of elevation to the course made it interesting. Couldn't beat the price.

Great course.......fairways and greens in awesome shape!! Had a few SLOW plays due to butt-monkeys in cart playing in front of us that were in dream land like they played on PGA Tour. Other than that it was awesome.

Last played this course over 15 years ago and not much has changed! Still as beautiful and scenic as ever and in great shape! For all you big hitters, short grass or bust! No room for error off the tee. Greens in good shape as well.

Fairways are in decent shape, greens have been recently punched and are slow and bumpy. Food selection is not good and they charge $.25 for ice not a big deal but you leave with change in your pocket, not really friendly in food department.
Pro shop attendant was pleasant to deal with. Our 4 some played Tuesday the 11th 4 hr round.

Challenging fun course , variety with a premium on driving.
