About
The Bull at Pinehurst Farms has the distinction of being the first Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in Wisconsin. This highly acclaimed golf course is ranked in the top three in Wisconsin and was ranked as one of the top 100 public courses in the U.S. by Golf Digest. Formerly the Pinehurst Dairy Farm, the rolling terrain was transformed into a challenging and scenic layout. The golf course stretches to 7,354 yards from the back tees. It is a round that will test both your distance and your accuracy. Mature trees and native grasses accentuate the lush greens hills. There are a variety of elevation changes throughout the course, some of which are seemingly benign but can actually be quite tricky. The golf course closes with a memorable par 4 that has water in play, in the form of a lake and a rocky creek, until the sloped green.

Golfer Reviews
Good to play it again
It was good to be able to play one of the most challenging and affordable courses in Sheboygan County. If you get in trouble on this course, don't try a hero shot-you'll regret it !
Great condition
New ownership has the course in great shape. Challenging layout, picturesque Onion River runs through the course and creates some great risk reward shots, wish the greens were running a bit faster but were very true.
Hidden Gem
This course does not get the attention of the Kohler courses, but it is a Nicklaus design on an incredible piece of terrain. The conditions were outstanding, and with the Onion River winding through, there are lots of risk/reward scenarios. There are plenty of tee boxes so you can choose the challenge that is right for you.
This course stands favorably with the Blackwolf Run tracks and is a must-play for those in the Sheboygan area and beyond.
Great course for the area
Beautiful course with some tough holes. Staff was great!
Tough Layout
This course can really long if the winds are coming out the east. Some holes are very tough especially the two finishing holes. Hole 18 is one of the toughest finishing holes in the county. If you are having a bad driving day you will loose a lot of golf balls.
Beautiful course
Layout has a wide variety of challenging holes. No two holes alike. A beautiful setting, well manicured. GPS carts are nice. One of my favorite courses in our state. The course usually beats me up a bit, yet I enjoy myself every time. The practice facility is well above average. The whole facility is classy.
The Bull
The course was beautiful except for the sand traps. For a course that features as many traps as this one does I found that they qere in terrible shape. They were not groomed at all and for me to rate as a premium course the sand needs HUGE improvements. Overall good course, I enjoyed it other then the traps.
the bull never disapoints
after being a member last year first time back this year. Miss the place. Gorgeous!
Play it if you can
One of the highest quality course I have played. Course is very difficult, but a lot of fun as long as you can choose to play from the appropriate tee box.
It is great condition, very challenging and forces you to hit good shots from tee to green. This should be on your bucket list.
The Bull-Fun & Challenging
If you like a course that is forgiving off the tee, then the Bull is for you. But then the fun starts. Approach shots require accuracy due to greens surrounded by bunkers, water and trees. Many greens require a high approach shot due to many hidden slopes on greens. Fun to play!
