Good tract for all levels of players
It was very windy and chilly when we played so it made the round much less enjoyable. We play this course a couple times each season because it is challenging. The back 9 (VISTAS) is in better condition than the front (DUNES), really do like the VISTAS side. Great course for the price, pace was good.
The Greens
My only issue was the condition of the greens. They definitely needed cutting and rolling.

Course is in good condition. Greens were slow and had not been mowed. Brakes on cart did not work.
Sanded and Driven-over Greens with no mention from the Pro Shop??? Come on....
No mention of sanded greens, complete with bare spots and tire tracks included. Slow play, saw the ranger on #16 after waiting each hole.Have been golfing here 30+ years, not sure I'll ever come back. Poor value for the conditions.
Great course
it was a great course. The only problem that we had was the 2 people playing behind us were pushing pretty hard. they would tee off before we would get on the green. There was one hole where we had a ball roll past us on when we were still on the fairway.
A Fair Challenge
Front 9 most challenging with all the mounds and doglegs. Back 9 more open. The 2 9’s are completely different and course was very enjoyable.
