Good Muni Course
Whiskey Creek is a good social course and I'd play it again. The club house staff weren't necessarily friendly, but weren't rude either. The bar staff was nice. The starter was quite friendly and got us out about 20 mins prior to our tee time. The course is laid out simply and it's easy to follow. There are 12 par 3s and course par is 60, so be aware of that. The grounds were kept up well and the fairways and greens were easy to play on. The greens had very little undulation, so not hard to read. The traps weren't well raked and were a little compacted, so hit out of them using a bump and run.
Better the second time we played there.
Better all around the second time we played there. First time the guy who checked us in was such a grouch we almost didn’t go back. Completely different the second time. We will go back hopefully the original guy was just having a bad day.
Second time better than first
Second time we played here. Everything was better than the first so you should always give a place a second try.
Person checking us in 100 percent more friendly and pace a lot better. (Scored better too).
1st time playing
Great value for an executive course. Staff was great and super friendly! Greens rolled true and in great shape.
Tee boxes need help
Greens were fine, fairways were OK, tee boxes were beat up.
Worth getting a hot deal to play.
Enjoyed the round
If your looking to practice your short game this is a great solution. We really enjoyed our round met some cool people and will definitely come back. Don’t expect a lot of frills, no gps, no fairway markers so you play blind. A good executive course.
Fun short course
Sometime I don’t want to play at a super tough course. This little guy is perfect for social, just have a good time, golf. Greens were nice, tee boxes were rough but for what it is, it’s good. Moved along decently. I really can’t complain. I’d go back.
