About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Golf in Good for your Health
Fun, quick, easy day at Myerlee. The staff let me start on 10 since the guys teeing off ahead of me on 1 we very slow. Course was in great shape considering the lack of rain.
Do not come to this golf course. Tried to charge me twice
Course was ok. It’s short and the greens aren’t great. That wasn’t the problem though. I booked a hot deal for 40$ for 2 people and paid online. Got to course and they said I hadn’t paid when they looked at the computer. Didn’t realize I was charged 53$ at course (instead of the 40$ online rate) until after the round, and then also saw that I had, in fact, paid that 40$ already. Called the course and they said I had to call Golfnow to get refunded. So I sat on the phone for an hour with Golfnow to only be refunded the for the online rate of 40$, not the 53$ I had to pay at the course. Overall it was just a massive headache and won’t be going back
Disappointed
I’ve golfed here for many years. This past round was terrible. They were running two leagues during our tee time. We started where we were told to start and then were verbally attacked by members of the league and they followed up by saying the staff had no clue what they were doing. Instead of the staff handling the league members they came to us as if we were the problem and telling us we fell for the league members peer pressure…. No we were avoiding further escalation with hostile league members by teeing off on one with nobody playing on one . I would love to talk further with management on this. I spoke to I believe it was Moe (staff) he was great and very apologetic after my round. Everything else with the course was fine.
Average gol course
It’s a short executive course. But it has some par 4s. Pace of play was decent. Quite enjoyable
I’ve played here fairly often and have never experienced the pace of play as bad as it was today.
Absolute gridlock from the eighth hole on. Didn’t even bother playing the back nine. No ranger. Would’ve been 5-6 hour round. I’ve played “in season” plenty of times and I get it. But this was beyond ridiculous. On the up side, the course was in nice shape
Tight fun
The course is in fair shape though the greens where in great condition. The facility could use a warm up area as all it has is a putting green NO CHIPPING! So the first couple of holes are a bit of a struggle. All together a tight but fun short course. 😉
Ft Myers Beach
Course was in good shape, friendly staff nice golf carts.
