Whiskey Creek Country Club

We have been spending winters in the area for years and played a number of Executive courses. Whiskey Creek is the best based on condition and pace of play. So many courses have erratic pace of play. One course was so bad we played the front 9 in one hour and fifteen minutes and after two and half hours we quit and drove back to the clubhouse. Whiskey Creek is a consistent 3 hour experience.

We had a blast! Club choice is important. Greens are in great condition!

Par 60 coarse with nice layout. Par 4 are 275+ yards except #18 that is 336. Not alot of water hazards.

All good here. Really enjoyed the opportunity to play golf at a reasonable. Cost.

Greens were well maintained and produced true putts.

I played with my son for a fun afternoon. It was the first time in years that we got to play together on a vacation.

The Par 60 layout is wide open, except for a few stream crossings, so you can recover balls and still get to the green.

Green conditions were excellent for a course of this size and amount of play.

Fairways were dry and hard. Sand traps protect the greens on most holes but easy to play out of.

There were some players who were impatient and were on our heels until we let them by at the turn, then we waited for them. We did not see the course Marshall until we made the turn so expect some waits on tees.

Price is right and I was able to book just 3 days before through the club or on 'Golf Now' app.

The first time playing the course. Finished our 18 holes in 3 hours. Caught a beer afterwards, nice clubhouse.

Nice course, well manicured, good tee boxes, greens, fairways and traps. Good pace of play despite many inexperienced gollets.
