Whiskey Creek
Played back 9 twice, front 9 have trees still down on it. Workers were removing them as we were playing . Back 9 was in very good shape.
Challenge your short game
We looked for a course which was playable for a beginner in our foursome group. At the end Whiskey Creek was fun for all of us. Practicing and challenging the short game. Most holes are Par 3. Frontnine was closed because of damages by hurricane IAN. Also the greens and fairways
have suffered. But area of Fort Myers need support, so if you `ve got the choice, go there. Important to say that kids under 17teen play for free if they are accompanied by an adult paying green fee. So check the Whiskey Creek website before booking.
good and short course.
the stuff was friendly, the course was in a good shape.
good course for your short game and novices
Played here recently as my wife wanted an easy course for the first round of the year for her. Paid $44 for both of us and a cart on Golfnow.
Course was fun and in decent shape. You can play in 2.5 hours without hurrying. A few par 4's and mostly par 3's in the 130 yard range. Leave your woods at home!
Very compact course with only one creek but quite a few traps.
Staff was great but two issues. They don't take cash! If you want a beer, you have to use a cc.
We finished at 2:05 and were looking forward to a beer and sandwich in the clubhouse. Kitchen closes as 2 pm and they have no other options.
Other than that, great course!
Cheap
We started our round and it rained lightly. We were able to continue with little trouble. The lightning began and the course was cleared for safety reasons and when we asked for a rain check they told us no because we had booked through Golf zNow we would have to go through them.Won’t use Golf Now for anymore bookings.
Nice value for the novice
As part time, unskilled golfers, this course fit my wife and myself's needs. All 3 and 4 pars without too many hazard. Staff was great, and we moved along quickly. Would play this course again
Hidden par 60 gem
Everything was exceptional. You will definitely see me there again
Unfortunately when we got there. It was cart path only.
Which was horrible when the weather was in the 90s
Nice course, great price
The staff is always great and we enjoy the clubhouse. Great course, somewhat difficult but love the amount of par 3's. We will definitely be back.
Fun course
We like the friendly staff, course layout and speed of play. The greens were not in good condition. They were bumpy, slow and difficult to judge.
The clubs for rent are poor and not complete. A lot of the tee boxes are closed and provisional. The holes don’t move for a long time. The rest of the course was okay. Rather for rookies.
