About
The 18-hole Falcon's Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1993. Designed by Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead, Falcon's Fire Golf Club measures 7006 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 135 and a 73.2 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are tifdwarf bermuda and the fairways are bermuda grass.
Falcon's Fire, a Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead signature masterpiece, is typically wide open, however, shot accuracy is essential. Fairways and greens are well bunkered, and water hazards are a common occurrence.

Not at its best...
I know a lot of rain recently, but course in pretty rough shape...it's going to take a while to get back to historical best...
On the positive side, quieter than normal and great rate, so hence the avg scores. If I had paid full rate I would be more vocal.
We love this course and the location, so hopefully a turn around is close!
Wouldn’t play here for 50$
This course really disappointed me for $130. More than half the greens were under repair and nearly unplayable. 6 times i had destroyed green in my line, 2 of which were for birdie and one threw my ball over a foot to the right. There was also standing water on 1/3 of the bunkers.
Speaking of bunkers, this course has a ton and you’ll be in them allot if you’re like me. Pace of play was also very slow as they packed the course out (it was a Saturday but important to mention). The back nine actually had a nice layout and 13 was very fun as i carried the water and was left a chip for eagle. For the current conditions this course should at least be half the price at a minimum and i wouldn’t waste my vacation time here period.
Save your money and go somewhere else!!!
Played this course today and four years ago. Great course four years ago and they let it go! Greens, fairways and tee boxes where awful and in need of replacing.
Course was nice. But not for the price.
Course was pretty expensive for the actual condition. There were a lot of greens that needed work done or had work recently done. The overall course itself was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Fair
The greens were very slow and a lot of them had sand / unplayable sections. The tee boxes were not fully green and grass was scarce. The fairways were in good shape. Overall it was in fair to OK condition. I enjoyed the round and pace was great. Layout was fine - nothing overally complicated.
Should have been like $75 for the quality of the conditions. Staff was nice.
Great course
First time playing and had a BLAST! Pace of play was incredible possibly due to windy conditions. Nonetheless amazing course great condition, greens were good some bare spots but nothing a few weeks of rain and growth wont fix. Would recommend to anybody in the area.

Falcons Fire is coming back
Falcons Fire is on the road back. The course was in great shape today. The staff was super friendly. Cart girl was wonderful. Lunch at the turn was great. They are working some areas still but they are working hard at it you can tell. It’s back to feeling like your own country club again. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Course has character
I base my course rating on.challenging holes and character of the course. This course has both, and it was in very good shape. The staff was very friendly the starter was very informative on course layout and pace of play. According to one of the on course ranger’s we were on time pace. Our group waited on every shot, the group in front of us were not playing the correct tees they should have been playing red. No fault of the course. I would play this course if I am back in the Kissimmee FL area.
