Glenlakes Golf Club - Lakes Course

Price was good course is burned up. Starter was nice cart girl was supposedly working but never actually saw her on course. Only one bathroom and one water fountain on the entire course. Save your money until it cools down and rains for a while

Took 2 1/2 hours to play front 9. They have a starter but they need a MARSHALL! At turn, we went in front of the 4 people holding us up. They had gone in to clubhouse. Back 9 took us 1 1/2 hours to play. That should tell you something!!!!

Enjoyed playing the back 9 (Vista) because we didn't go in after making the turn off of Dunes! We caught up with a single, joined up with him and then waited on every hole behind a man and 3 teenagers. They need marshalls!!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours to play 9 holes. We got in front of them for the back and played it in an hour and half.

Really good course. Greens and course in great shape. Very busy but pace was good. More than 4 hours but plenty of places to find shade. 4 1/2 hours because of less than average players in front of us. Was a single and paired with members who were amazing to play with. Definitely will play again.

Great layout with some challenging holes. Would play again on next trip down to gulf shores.

Pace of play grueling on a100 degree weekday afternoon, waited 5-10 minutes to hit each shot. Absolutely, no drinking water on course.

Great day of golf. Played with a father and son from Birmingham and a guy from New Orleans. All very nice and good golfers. I’m from Pace Florida.

Course was in good shape. It is a great outlay and many different types of holes . played Dunes-Vista.

Staff very nice . Not too busy so pace was less than 4 hrs . Booked on golf now . Good Value. I will make the 1 hour drive soon again.

I like to play early for pace of play and play 9 holes. On family vacation and this allows me to play and be back at a reasonable time. This course offers a great option for playing 9. I did this 3 times and 2 of the times random golfers with their own carts appeared in front of me that I had to wait on. I guess they allow the local residents to just jump on whenever. Ranger was quick to discuss with me that I teed off 10 minutes early when I was first off but they were nowhere to be found on the course to prevent the people jumping out in front of me at the course.

Course was amazing!

My friends and I loved the course, but the place of play (almost 5-hours for three of us) was painful.

The group in front of us, another threesome were awful and one was hitting multiple mulligans on every hole.

They even drove their carts right next to the green on a par 3.

It was a very hot and slow day.

We saw the cart girl twice all day and there is only one water fountain (at the bathroom).

They need water coolers on the course.

I played Lakes and Vista (was told the easiest 2 of the 3). I'm a HIGH handicapper and I was able to be challenged without cursing the course. Both are pretty level and straight, but there's plenty of strategically placed tree, bunkers, or lakes to make it interesting.

Only negative, the courses are spread throughout a nice subdivision, which is fine, except it doesn't leave you areas of privacy when you need it. Of my 18 holes, I only saw 1 bathroom on the course besides the clubhouse.
