nice course
plate on a hot deal got paired with a couple of nice guys! Fun day on the golf course
Cart girls
So a transfusion at the bar cost $8.50 but a transfusion on the course is $20.00
I Venmo the cart person Debra but she never shows the prices of the beverage. Only says price by word of mouth. I feel like I’m over paying on the course for beverages and being lied to
Wonderfull. Day
Sun out, puts going in,drives down the middle. The best I pared no 7
Rough shape
Played 9 holes on the Lakes course. Green are in very rough shape. Not worth the $ I paid for me and my 13 yr old son.
Horrible Golf course
This course was one of the worst courses I've played this year! Fairways was dried out it's like they hadn't put water on the course in years! The putting surfaces were horrible I don't know what they're doing to this course to be charging $80 looks like they're not putting any of the money back into the course. Won't play there again
Fun Course
A fun and challenging course.
One of my favorites in the Gulf Shores area.
Greens need work.
I feel that the greens were ate up with fungi. They should try to do something in order to improve the situation with them
Busy
A very busy day at Glen Lakes...lots of folks from out of town I suspect. Teetimes delayed by 20 minutes. When I pointed out to the starter that I thought it was a mistake, given how busy it was, to allow a fivesomes to play, he took pity on us and allowed us to start on the back, which was fine. I still maintain that fivesomes should never be allowed!
Interesting course to play. The front nine of the Dunes-Vista has smaller greens and undulating fairways. There is quite a bit of water along the fairways but really no forced carries. Course was in decent condition overall.
Disappointed
This course lost its greens during the snow of December 2025 here on the Gulf Coast. They are still in pretty poor shape with bare dirt in places. The course was soggy in many places-even a tee box was squishy on the back nine. The people are nice, but the course is in need of a serious greens keeper!
Getting Better
With the warmer weather and rain lately, the greens and fairways are improving. Greens are still hard to read due to uneven grass growth.
