Glenlakes Golf Club - Lakes Course

This was as miserable of a round of golf as I have ever played , the course was too wet to play golf it should not have been open

Greens have some bad wear spots, but overall the course is in decent condition. Fair test of golf. Carts need a serious upgrade as do some of the cart paths.

Thursday, very busy. Had to wait on every hole. 5 plus hour round for 18 holes. No ranger to be seen.

Great course with reasonable rates. Conversely the favorable rates attract alot of play. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoy this course. The issue, at times, is drainage in some parts. There have been some cart path only holes, and 90 degree policy at other times. To insure avoiding damage to course, golfers must be aware of wet areas when carting. Will return for more rounds as the opportunities present. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Dunes which is a very challenging 9 was in the poorest shape I've ever seen it. Greens were horrible. The other 9 which shouldn't be their best was.

local knowledge is a real help. this was the 5th time I have played it and knowing where to hit it (and not to hit it) is a real help.
