Glenlakes Golf Club - Lakes Course

Course layout was great and overall in very nice shape. Greens were worn and slow, but for a public course in mid-summer they weren't awful.

Our threesome finished in 5 hours, playing behind a novice foursome, which was behind a FIVESOME playing a scramble!!

Pace of play was good as we Played at 3:20 and finished in 4 hours.over all course was in great condition. Only 2 complaints, Greens were very slow and cart paths need to be redone or replaced.

Overall course is in good condition. Go enjoy it.

The course was probably in the best shape that I’ve seen it. I play here a lot and the greens rolled true versus two months ago. It really is a pretty good value for expensive resort golf.

The staff really isn’t overly friendly, but they’re not unfriendly either. Overall I’d give it a 4.1 out of 5.0. The 0.1 is for Dee the cart girl; she was nice.

Excellent course. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. Chicken salad was great. Course was in good condition however front 9 greens were not in best shape. Everything else was perfect. Will play again

Course was in good condition and the pace was very good until the last hole caught up with a 4 some of slow players.

We really like the course layout and the course was in good shape. Some of the greens had some spots that were burned out, but nothing that affected our play. Our only real issues were the bugs/nats that were in the air. Not sure why but it was not pleasant playing with bugs constantly flying in your ears and around your face as you tried to play. Not sure what can be done about that but it really made an great day turn into is just wanting to leave the course.

Course was fun and in good shape. Some Greens were a little lacking but fairways were in great shape. Greens weren’t terrible by any means but we played kiva and peninsula earlier in the week so my frame of reference was a little skewed. Best value for the money at the beach.

The Greens are in tough shape for paying over 60 bucks, maybe play again in the fall.

Would not have played if I had known that the greens had been recently aerated .

The course is overall a good place to play and I will probably play it the next time I am in the area.

This was a fun course to play! My friend and I are new to golf and have been trying to play at all the local courses around us. I think this one was the best one we’ve played so far. The staff were friendly, but didn’t seem to expect two ladies to come and play. My friend was mistaken for a mother of a junior player lol. We’re planning another golf trip and hope to bring more friends with us.

Still needs work on some of the greens. I always enjoy playing the course and will return in Oct when I'm back in the area.
