Nashboro Golf Club

Course Marshal was the most unprofessional and rudest individual I have encountered in 25 years of playing golf. I will never even think about playing at Nashboro ever again as long as I live. There are a lot of options in the Nashville area to play golf and I suggest that you explore them all multiple times before you ever contemplate playing at Nashboro. If you can't find anywhere else to play then go to Top Golf or the driving range. You will have a better time and not have to deal with the clowns that run Nashboro.

Great course; I love layout and level of difficulty.

Greens were good, but several fairways were being worked on and I am sure will be ready by Spring.

Love playing this old style course here in Nashville. Nice layout and some challenging holes. Our group always settles up our bets with the $2 drafts. Great way to end the round.

Great Course but a touch over priced. Always have a great time and the staff really is nice.

This course is advertised as an 18 hole course but in my two experiences we’ve yet to see the 18th. We’re suppose to tee off at 11:54 but that turned into 12:30 (same thing happened the first time). According to golf now they had 10-15 tee times open but our tee time was somehow delayed 30 minutes and we waited 5 minutes at every tee box. Don’t expect a quiet tee box after your wait either. Members can be heard 3 holes away from the clubhouse because they’re yelling about their 5 dollar bets (sometimes those bets are on whether or not you’re hitting the 1st fairway). While putting on the 17th, we watched another group cut us (assuming they’re members as well). Had to wait an extra 10 minutes on the last tee box which was just enough time for the ranger to come and kick us off the course. When we told him our situation he couldn’t care less and just said “you’re done”. When asked if we’d get a refund for not finishing he blindly says “you paid the twilight rate” which would be shocking since we booked a tee time before noon. If you’re wondering, the group that skipped over us was able to finish out the 18th. If there were no other course within a 100 mile radius and you absolutely had to get a round of golf in I would recommend grabbing a push mower and making your own course before giving this place your money. Terrible member and an even worse staff.

Course is a good practice course, but not what you expected for $40 for 18 holes.

Nice lay out. Green speed varied. 1st couple of greens were really slow but by the back 9 they were good. Teeing areas were a little rough.

I accidently gave this course a 1 star rating instead of a 5. Course is challenging and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Need to be ready to use an extra club with the some of the uphill fairways and elevated greens.

I moved away from the area a few years back and now my son is into golf so I thought it would be a great idea to play this course while on vacation. I really enjoy how challenging the course is with the narrow fairways and challenging approach shots. The only challenge we had that we could not overcome was that the greens were like glass. Every single putt, whether it was from 18 inches or 18 feet took off from the putter. I’m not saying this is bad, this is what got us today and what makes golf great! The only other thing to point out is that the entire left side of the first hole is under construction. It used to be the driving range and now it looks like it will be homes. So no place to warm-up. I kinda need it before a round.
