Nashboro Golf Club

Conditions were very good. Staff was friendly. Grass on driving range was not very good. Putting green was excellent. The one big complaint would be the overall speed of the greens were too fast for me. There was one hole with no rakes for the bunkers. Overall, this was my first time playing here in 20 years but it was enjoyable to visit. I’ll be back.

Having never played this course before I found it very enjoyable. Has forgiving fairways and well maintained greens. My friend and I really enjoyed the course and will definitely play there again in the future. I would recommend to give this course a try.

Played this course years ago and remembered a tough but fair course that was well taken care of. Fast forward to now and it’s nothing like it was. Had to wait for cart, greens (according to clubhouse) were running 17. Really! The Open was only 10. Tee boxes on some holes had no grass and tough to get tee into the ground. Half of water stations were empty. Overall, huge disappointment based on what this course could be.

Course is not worth the price- there are very few ball washers on course and no drinking water on front nine- tee boxes very hardpannish with tee needing to be pushed hard to get in ground- as a 4some, we teed off at 8AM and despite a 15 break at turn, we didn"t finish until almost 2 PM- also few yardage markers in fairway

Tee time scheduled for 1:30pm. I walked in at 12:30pm to check in and get a cart and was rudely told I couldn't tee off until 1:30pm due to a tourney going on. Later i was told I couldn't tee off until 2:00pm. Just not a friendly experience. Too many other choices for golf in Nashville to put up with rude pro shop guy.

I played this course today in 3 hours and 55 min. The owners have put some money and work into this course. Fairways looked good overall, bounces were carrying nicely and greens were in very solid shape. I’m going back tomorrow.

Nashboro has always had a great layout, so it has always been a matter of conditions and maintenance. Those have definitely been improving. I believe the fairways and greens are definitely above average. The bunkers need some TLC, but I have a feeling that is the next project. The greens were recently punched and still rolled great. The driving range and practice green are not very large, but that is due to a lack of space. I play here at least once a month, so I have definitely noticed the progress. I hope they keep it going.

The greens are what really stand out and make this place special. The layout is also a lot of fun and challenging. You are usually penalized for a bad shot. Its not so tough though that it seems unfair, if you are playing well you can shoot a good score. My only complaint would be the water jugs, they either have warm water or no water at all. That just me nitpickibg trying to find an issue. Overall great course, and great value.

Course in pretty good condition just don’t go at anything remotely peak hours. Any new ppl I wouldn’t suggest learning such this course!

Course played beautifully. Condition was top notch. You cannot beat the beer and food prices, anywhere! Tremendous value for the price.will definitely be back when I'm in Nashville!

Very nice course - one of our favorites! My husband and I are both low intermediate golfers. It's challenging but always fun.

It is clear that the management are taking steps to improve this course from the condition it was in a few years ago. Greens were in great shape and proper sand in the bunkers. Also evidence on the course of continued improvements.

I play this course often but am disappointed that it is not maintained on a regular basis. We had three days of sunshine prior to the Saturday I played but it was obvious that the sand traps had not been raked during that time period. The course is otherwise in good condition for this time of year. As usual only one person manning the clubhouse when I checked in. We had to wait for players finishing their 18 to get a cart. The course is one of my favorites to play. It is long, tree lined with elevation changes and water on several holes. It presents a challenge to any player. The worst part is the filthy bathrooms on the course! They need to be swept, disinfected, and thoroughly cleaned.

Very rude staff, was told “I don’t care” when making a request at clubhouse. Staff went through golf bag looking for a members club that I had found on previous hole, while I was across fairway hitting shot. No water jugs on course, bathrooms had keypad with code that we were not provided.

Course condition was awful as well. Neighborhood around course was sketch with loud domestic disputes being carried out in middle of day. Just stay away for your own good.

Course was wet with all the recent weather and cart path only, but was in good shape. Greens roll nice and in great shape for this time of year.

We play Nashboro a lot and always have a great time. The course is fun and the greens are nice. Staff is super chill and always interested in your playing experience and making improvements to the course. Thanks guys.

Nashboro was my first golf experience in Nashville and turned out to be a nice course close to the airport. Played on a Tuesday afternoon, the course was not crowded, and the Pro couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Course was in good shape with the greens very smooth. Really enjoyed the afternoon.
