About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Course layout
The course is in good shape and has a good layout.
For a short course it is in good shape.
Reasonable offer - but not a must
Booked via GolfNow. Price absolutely ok. Very friendly staff. Clean vehicle (cart) and surroundings. Orientation was difficult at the beginning. We could not find the white tee on hole 17. Posts - which are supposed to indicate e.g. 100 metres - were not there. We did not see any toilets outside the clubhouse. Course conditions were good. The greenkeepers were attentive and waited until I had finished my shot (very good!). All in all, a course - that we recommend. I comparison to Palmetto Pine Country Club - we would always prefer the Palmetto Pine course.

The course has a great layout for an executive course and we enjoyed our round. They run on a cashless pay system which I think limits sales. I was informed the members are owners which can bring another set of issues in itself. All in all the value was excellent.

Short friendly course in a residential area. It was just ok, good for the price.
I drove from Naples, probably would do that again as it was just ok.

Hidden gem
First time playing this course and it was a blast! Greens are good, even though some are under repair. Course layout is fun and good for iron practice. Had an outdoor tiki bar which was busy the whole round I was there. All in all a great course and I'm definitely playing it again!
Like this course, play Whiskey Creek a lots. Going to play tomorrow
