About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

Needs a drink
Fairways and greens in rough shape . Never seen it like this . Have played here before but not this year. Very disappointed .
Waited on every hole slow pace of play .
Economical executive
Some challenges to the layout and it’s is looked after reasonable well
Great course for the cost
As usual this course was crowded, but for a reason. Great conditions at a great price. Fairways and greens were good and well maintained. Played with the same ball on the back nine, that says something.
Slow play/Fuzzy Greens/Bad tee boxes
No putting green and the chipping green was a mound of grass with two pins on it. Won’t play this course again.
Very crowded par 3 course
It took 2 1/2 hours to play the 1st 9 holes on a course you could have played the whole course in the same time. It was extremely overbooked. The player who joined us on 1 quit at the turn. Two guys behind us joined us on the back and quit after 3 holes.
The greens had lots of white fertilizer on them and weren’t very smooth. The tee boxes were poor and had lots of sand, but not much grass. The fairways were thin so you had to roll the ball. The rough was full of weeds.
We caught a Hot Deal and paid $29 to play. Not much to play, but had no desire to do it again.
Start up very slow
When arrived, there were maybe 6-8 foursomes on the back 9 and nobody on the front 9. The whole time we waited to start on #10 (we played 18), nobody started on no.1. Still do not understand why the Marshall did not let us start there.
Took 4:15 hours to play instead of max 2.5

Fun coarse
Their very good at pairing 4somes
My wife and I play together and it's a great way to meet other golfers
Fun Course
Course was busy. Along with a a few other golfers we had to wait for a cart. But Starter was well organized and we got off on our original tee time. Once we got past the few 2 holes everyone found there place and pace of play was fine.
This is one of my favourite courses to play in Fort Myers area.

All was good. A little slow but overall we enjoyed the course
