Myerlee Country Club
About
Myerlee Golf & Country Club began as the dream of a retired New York police officer who moved to Florida in the 1960s just so he could play more golf. His dream eventually became a peaceful retirement community with a beautiful 18-hole course as its centerpiece. The Arthur Hills-designed layout is one of the toughest par-60 golf courses in southwest Florida. There are two streams that cut across the course and intersect on the front nine. They snake along every hole, making water the predominant hazard but there are also several strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. The golf course is mostly open with a few cypress trees dotted along the fairways and greens. Myerlee Golf & C.C. is a course that will test your skills but it isn't overly punishing, which gives it appeal for beginners as well.

PLAYS QUICKLY, NICE COMMUNITY COURSE
A reasonable value for a community course. Greens were fine, played quickly with no delays, the Tiki bar at #18 is fun.
...a nice course to start a golf holiday. I would love to see April rates...perhaps 20 percent lower.
....I will play again..
Thanks
Fun course excellent condition pace was quick
Phil in the pro shop was excellent professional & polite He was great with the customers. The lady at the tiki hut was nice Food was good Beer was cold
Golf course
Nice course to play. Only 2 of us
behind 4sums and it was wait on
all holes . I do understand.
Good overall experience
The fairways were in tough shape due to the inability to water them. The tees and greens were in good shape. Very friendly and helpfyl staff in pro shop and snack area. Also, there needs to be more water stations located on the course. With only one on the back nine in yezterday's heat that was a problem. All in all a good experience.
Little Gem
Working on your short game? This is a great place to work on that. This Little Gem will help you dial in on your short irons and putting! The staff was helpful & very nice. I highly recommend this course.
Fun
It’s a very well structured course. They had something going on early so when we got there instead of holding everybody up, they started us off the back nine and we finished on the front nine well run.
not enough carts
Because there were no carts - groups of people waiting for them to come in, we had to walk almost 40 minutes after our tee time to go out. Once out we were behind an extremely slow 4some so skipped a hole to go around them and had good pace of place for the remainder of the round
Wavy greens
Greens were very nice but very tough to play!! Challenging course! Loved all the wildlife
