Club at Hidden Creek, The
About
The Club at Hidden Creek is one of northwest Florida's most treasured courses. Opened in 1988, it is still relatively young but it has built its reputation on it its well manicured greens and lush landscaping. A few years after opening, a local newspaper ranked it the best golf course in northwest Florida. The course features tree-lined fairways that tumble across scenic rolling terrain. The challenging golf course once served as a host site for the US Open Qualifying Rounds. Water hazards come into play as well as several strategically placed bunkers. Although seasoned golfers are kept on their toes, the layout is more still approachable thank to four different sets of tees. The Club at Hidden Creek has a longstanding reputation amongst the local community and many would consider a visit to the Emerald Coast incomplete without it.

Good round
Nice course but slow paced
Good local track
Came to town for a wedding. Played a quick round Saturday mid-morning. The course had a lot of water in the traps. It is a good Ron Garl design. An enjoyable round. Would play it again.
great course... over booked
started off to a slow start... by the time we got to the 7th hole we were backed up at least 6 carts deep ! Course and weather were fantastic. Greens were really fast but they were in great shape. love playing here but this time I feel it was over booked.
Greens are looking good
This is a regular course for us, we play here ever few weeks. Its greens are comong in nicely for late april. The pace of play was good.
Can't wait to play it again
One of the finest courses for the money can't wait to play it again
Friendly staff good course conditions for time of year.
Staff are very friendly and courteous, made us feel very welcomed at course. Greens are in good condition for time of season. Look forward to playing here again next year.
Interesting
For a golfer not familiar with this course , there is no info on what to expect . No map on the scorecard or in the area of the tees . Water and sand come as a surprise .
The greens were smooth and fast . Fairways were brown . No overseed .
Hidden Creek
Greens decent. Lots of excess water on course; water in bunkers and at 9/18 sprinkler or some type of course drainage flooding bunker on 9th hole. Weeds on some tee boxes, not to standards expected at a course that I have been familiar with for 15 years.
Nice course
This was our first time playing Hidden Creek. We enjoyed the course and look forward to playing again. Lots of water on the front nine. Back nine played long.
Best in the area
I travel to Pensacola every year and hadn't played this course in a few years. Very happy with the new greens. Rolled very true and received balls well. This will be the course I definitely will play again next trip. Best greens I have played on in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze/Navarre.
Hidden Creek? Hidden Gem
since ownership changed around 2013, this course has gotten better and better. The greens are always soft, and roll nicely. Fairways keep improving. I've never loved the front nine; it is tight with hazards, but the back nine is a favorite. Both are in excellent shape - unless there has been significant rain, in which case the front nine will have flooded grass bunkers, sand traps, etc. Back nine drains much better.
The kitchen is also worthwhile - their "stacker", burgers, and the Reuben are excellent.
Very nice course
I had not played here is a few years but remember it playing very nice and it still does.
visiting
The course was very wet however it had just had heavy rain, despite this it played very well. Nice course to play.
Course is in Great condition!
Everything was great....except the grade 3 on the food. Got a shrimp po' boy, and the toasted bread disintegrated when I bit down on it.it was either overly toasted or the bread was old. But the server-Thomas did comp us for that. Great customer service on that.
Best greens in the FL Panhandle
The course is in fabulous condition. Best greens in the FL Panhandle.
A favorite
This is my favorite course in this area - course is in really excellent condition, and greens are very well maintained, which can be somewhat of a rarity in this area.
only downsides - 1st cart they gave us was defective, course needs a good spraying for flying insects like gnats and no-see-ums, and some tee boxes are nowhere near flat - some have a SERIOUS slope, side-to-side, which makes it hard to get a decent tee shot.
This course is great.
The course is in excellent condition, and beautiful.
Excellent value and course
Played while on vacation. Highly recommend it. Greens in excellent shape, fairways in excellent shape. Great course for the money and time. Played in a twosome and completed the round in 3 hours.
